The open floorplan is full of natural light with views of the gorgeous outdoor living space and backyard. The spectacular outdoor space is the focal point of this home, from the outdoor kitchen, abundant relaxed outdoor seating and hand-built local rock fireplace for those chilly Hill Country nights. You will fall in love with this beauty of a home, and the swimming pool and hot tub make for the perfect place to relax after a full day of shopping, wineries or hiking Enchanted Rock!!! Extras include outdoor games, a ping pong table and a Peloton bike for those with a Peloton account!

Sunny Oaks also proudly generates over 90% of its own power through solar and offers an EV charging outlet for your EV vehicle (just bring your charger)!

Well-appointed house with perks!

Fantastic house for a large group. Plenty of space for 8 - w/o sharing beds or anyone being on the couch. Kitchen was a great layout and had everything we needed to prepare several meals. All seating areas were perfect for a large group to all be together. Outdoor living/kitchen area was our favorite for coffee in the morning. The pool was a total plus for us. And the hummingbirds were a lovely addition to our time outside.

PERFECT HILL COUNTRY GETAWAY!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunny Oaks Retreat! The outdoor space was nothing short of magnificent — from the comfortable seating areas to the relaxing hot tub, it was the perfect spot for morning coffee or late-night conversation. The house itself was spacious and beautifully designed, giving each of us our own private area while still feeling cozy and connected. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and gathering, and the arrival instructions were precise and easy to follow. One of the biggest perks was having no checkout chores! Of course, we did the respectful things like taking out the trash and placing towels in the laundry room, but it was such a treat to simply pack up and go without a long list of tasks. There were eight of us in total, and both the indoor and outdoor spaces were absolutely perfect for our group. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy Fredericksburg. Highly recommend Sunny Oaks Retreat — we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place to gather with family! The house is spacious with a great kitchen and the backyard area is wonderful, with a pool and outdoor covered areas to sit and entertain. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. This was our second time here and we hope to return!

Beautiful hill country home

We loved our stay at Sunny Oaks! We had a girls weekend celebrating our daughter's sweet 16! The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and very spacious. Sunny Oaks was also conventionally located to entertainment. We enjoyed hiking at Enchanted Rock, and shopping on Main Street. We also really enjoyed having privacy while using the hot tub and back yard amenities. We are already taking about going back!

Beautiful property with spacious and beautiful home. Perfect for family get away!

Directions to home were a little confusing as I have a iPhone and apples maps pulled up the directions with the actual address listed. Once we arrived it was a wonderful experience. The home was beautifully decorated and we felt so comfortable there with the comfy sofa and outdoor furniture. The hot tub was so relaxing !
