Located in the Myrtle Beach's Renaissance Tower, this AMAZING 3 Bedroom Deluxe Condo has everything you and your family could need in a vacation, EVEN direct ocean front views for miles! This HIGH UP condo is located on the 18th floor of the Renaissance Tower, in a private 33 acre area of Myrtle Beach called Myrtle Beach Resort! Free High Speed Internet, Multiple Pools, Jacuzzi's, Basketball Courts, Playgrounds, Oceanfront Bar & Grill.

I am so happy you found us, your next family adventure awaits! Check out this 18th-floor, 3-bedroom incredible direct ocean-view condo at the incredible Renaissance Tower in the private community of Myrtle Beach Resort! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen-size bed, 2 Full-size bunk beds, and 2 Twin-size bunk beds for your party’s comfort! The space will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with plenty of activities for all.



Upgrade tile floors flow throughout the condo in this corner unit. The living area comes equipped with a comfortable seating to enjoy. The TV offers all the necessities such as Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery+, and HBO Max, amongst an assortment of streaming services available! (guests would be able to sign in into there own accounts ). It's there for you, but our guests tend to hang out on the balcony and watch the waves for hours instead!



The kitchen is perfect for those who like to dine in or make a quick meal. Granite countertops for great cooking space. The kitchen also brings enough storage cabinets for anyone to come and enjoy. We provide all basic cookware, dishes and silverware, utensils, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a multitude of meals for your family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric range, as well as small appliances like a toaster and coffee maker are included.



Don't Overthink it! We provide our guests with all the necessities from washcloths, bath towels, full bedding, and pillows, as well as toiletries such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, coffee, sugar, creamer, and even more! A lot of what you need is already supplied so don't worry about forgetting a few items, chances are we have you covered!



Guests will have access to cable and free wifi so don't stress about using your phone data! Exceptional wifi is available along with your stay so you can stream, text, make calls, whatever you need.



This is an individually rented unit. No Need to go to the front desk, providing you with a contactless check-in!



Note: Unfortunately this complex does not allow our furry friends, no dogs or other animals will be permitted in this unit or building.

Guest Access:

Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!





Secured parking available for both cars and trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car. There is public transportation always available as well but to easily move throughout the city we recommend using Uber or Lyft as they are reliable and well priced!

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for you and the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!

The property was nice, issues included air conditioner did not work. We opened the door to the air and furnace and the filters were clogged. We did not receive the gate code until after we reached out to the host. Just an overall rough stay.

I experienced an issue with the entry door during my stay. The door had noticeable movement when closed and felt loose and wobbly, which raised concerns about how securely it functioned even when locked.I reported the issue immediately upon arrival and provided video documentation to the host. Maintenance was sent, but no repair or adjustment was made. The individual who came advised that it was a lock-related issue and recommended that I follow up with the host.The host insisted that the condition of the door was normal, despite the visible looseness and movement. I followed up as instructed, and while I was told that additional maintenance or an assistant would be sent the following day, no one returned and the issue was not addressed.Additionally, during my communication with Vrbo, I was informed that not all locking mechanisms are required to be functioning in order for a property to be considered secure. However, the condition of the door and lack of resolution did not align with my expectations for a safe and properly maintained entryway.Because the issue was never resolved and no one returned to address it after raising a safety concern, I chose to leave the property the day after my check-in to find alternative lodging accommodations.I recommend confirming that the entry door and locking mechanism are fully secure and properly maintained before booking.

Family Fun

The condo was everything we needed. Having a K-Cup coffee machine is a plus. Get your cup of coffee and enjoy the property and beach! All the different pools on this property keep the kids entertained. The only issue we had was the room was this being cleaned at check-in at 4pm. Great location for all the hot spots!

Great location BUT…… the front door was hardly secure, the vents all had layers of dust and possibly mold, the bathrooms had significant issues with showers not containing water and causing slip hazards, the oven door would not secure which did not allow the oven to hold temperature, molding and trim coming off the wall, doors splitting, and only 1 of the 3 TVs was operable. Attempted to contact host and VRBO multiple times with no resolution. The quality of the condo did not match the price of the accommodations. Very disappointing.

Decent place but great location

Rented this to be close to the beach. We got there and got unloaded which carts are provided in the lobby for easy transfer of luggage and such to rooms. We got up to our room a little before 9pm, walked in and it felt like a steam room. The place was very stuffy and hot. Looked at the thermostat and it was set for as low as it could go which was 68 but was currently sitting at 79. We reached out after an hour and we’re told be patient. We decided to go to bed and deal with in the morning. Come 7 that morning no one could sleep as it reached 82 inside even with the fans running. We again reached out to the owner and was told she’d have someone come look. At 11 my husband reached out and told the owner we still had no air, it was 82 and that we needed something done as we had young child there. She told my husband that we got it at a great deal for the place implying that we should not worry about the air conditioning. My husband said with two young kids that wasn’t acceptable and that she could refund us the money and we’d go else where. She finally decided to call someone out. Great. We were told they were on the way and it would be an hour which sucked but we were happy someone would be out. Finally at 4 someone showed up and fixed the issue. We were upset that someone missed out on a days vacation due to an issue that should have been checked prior to arrival. Looking at other reviews that came in after we booked our stay, this apparently was an issue brought up months ago but not addressed. The place was not as clean as I’d expected. There was a thick layers of dust on the door in the kitchen, someone’s dirty sock in the entrance room table from a previous guest, a water bottle with spit, chew and beer can under the side of one of the beds and the floors could use a good sweep and scrub as well as the walls. There were splatters of who knows what what on several walls in the kitchen/living room. We cleaned some spots on the wall that grossed us out. We also ended up wearing shoes inside because of how black our feet would get from the floors. Overall cleanliness was 1/5. However this was things we could take care of ourselves. The convenience of the beach and shops and food being so close were positives. The place was decent just not up to the standards advertised in the listing. Regarding the cleanliness, she did share that they hired a new company but that seemed to be the same response given previously as well to another reviewer.

Great location, condo needs work, unfortunate string of events

Booked a last minute trip knowing we would be one of the first guests staying at this VRBO. When arrived at 6pm (2 hours after check in) the room had not been cleaned from the guests prior to our arrival. The property manager was very responsive and came over within minutes to clean the property herself while we went down to check out the beach. The room has a beautiful view of the beach and it is at the very end of the hall making it private. That evening when we finally got settled I had some work to do on the computer, but had difficulty finding the WiFi as it was not the correct name as in the intro email we received prior to check in, but once again the property manager was very responsive and helped locate the user name almost immediately. We gave our children (1yrs old and 3yrs old a bath in the tub and found the handle very difficult to turn. The next night we gave the kids a bath again and this time the handle broke off completely, and the water would not stop flowing. Urgently, I called for assistance, afraid of flooding the condo. Once again the property manager told me where to locate the spigot to turn off the water to the entire condo, and then sent her husband over to turn off the water to the bathtub. The next morning a plumber came to put the handle back on the bathtub, but did not replace it, and it was still very difficult to use, so we opted to hold on baths that evening. The next day we had a great time at the water park and the beach, but came back to the room to find the AC having trouble cooling. We ended up setting it on 69 but could not get cooler than 81. It was very uncomfortable with 2 small children especially since we couldn’t open the door as we didn’t feel comfortable with them having access to the balcony. We decided to ultimately cut our trip short and leave a night early because we were so uncomfortable. They ended up refunding us 2 nights, (one when the AC broke and the night we didn’t stay for). It was really a string of unfortunate events, and it’s not necessarily anyones fault single-handedly but it definitely wasn’t the enjoyable stress free get away we thought we were escaping to. All in all I think the condo needs a little work, but the location is fabulous and the resort has great options for food and entertainment. Lastly, if you want to stay here and you go to sleep a little on the earlier side, I suggest bringing some white noise, as they do karaoke every night until 11pm and the restaurant
