Looking for a home ready for your family, friends and fur babies (Yes! up to two pets are allowed). This is it! Come enjoy the local Disney attractions in a prestigious gated and guarded Emerald Island Resort townhome community with amenities such as playgrounds, pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, and more. This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to fully cater to your family and friends, while enjoying a full kitchen, dining seating, and comfy couch with big screen TV. Emerald Island Resort is on the doorstep of Disney, waterparks, tourist attractions, shopping and dining options. For your convenience, accessories needed for family fun such as beach chairs, umbrella, toys and games for all ages are provided! Along with essentials such as high chair, playpen, diaper changing, toddler car seat, and stroller. Kitchen is also kept stocked with coffee, snacks, and cooking utensils. Note: there is a $21 resort fee which is required for the key access card (one per vehicle) for the resort and it’s amenities.
Pet Fee: $35 for entire stay for 2 pets (guests must adhere to resort pet policy). Please add pets to your reservation to view this fee added to total.

Nice

The area was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Worked well for our family and was convenient to area attractions. The hosts were great at responding to questions and check in was a breeze. I think because the place was shut up for a while it had a slight odor of mustiness; however, everything else was great.

ok for our limited stay

3 bed and 3 bath was perfect for when our daughter and grandkids visited (2 out of 8 nights). The house was filled with toys and some bedrooms were Disney themed. However the house could use a little TLC, particularly in the bathrooms. Shower caulking was old and black, and the shower doors in the primary bedroom were not even, leaving a gap so water would escape. In the other upstairs bathrooms, there was obvious water damage on one of the walls. Fridge should open toward the kitchen instead of toward the wall. Floors didn't seem to be washed perhaps because they knew we had our dog with us, but I wash my floors at home...just an observation. All this to say is was ok - plenty of towels and dishware, plus strollers, car seats, pack and plays, and diapers (yes diapers) - great place for a family with a few kids.

Quaint townhouse

Property smelled clean when we walked through the door. The kitchen needed a few more things like a toaster and bigger pots and pans. The living room was comfortable and nice. The downstairs bathroom was a plus. The mattresses on the beds could be better. Was old and sagging and not very comfortable. Overall it was not a bad townhouse and I would rent it again if I go back to Orlando.

Great place to stay

We decided we wanted to take a quick weekend trip to Universal Studios and this place was very nice and clean. The host was very nice. I will definitely look this place up next time I come to the area.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 pet. We especially appreciated the extra touches of a pet bed and supplies. Beds were comfy. Easy check in process. Felt safe and close to plenty of dining choices and grocery stores. Short drive to Disney Parks.

Emerald Island Resort

Had a great time staying at the resort. We were allowed to bring our furbabies and they had a good time also. Property had everything needed and then some. Even stuff for the animals. We didn’t get to enjoy the Resorts many amenities but definitely will be back.

Great stay for our vacay!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home for our little vacay! The house was perfect in every way for our stay. It had all the accommodations to make us feel right at home! The location was awesome, right near everything we planned on doing while there. When we return next year, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you again!!!!

Excellent experience

Home was very clean. It was nicely furnished and the best stocked vrbo home I have ever rented. It was welcoming for my family and my dogs. Communication with the manager was great. We will stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home ♥️

Beautiful gated neighborhood and home. We felt safe. The property manager was very quick to respond if we had a question and we loved the home! Very cozy and peaceful vibe. No complaints. Will definitely return in a near future 😊
