This unit was immaculate!! Easy friendly check-in with a breakfast/coffee/margarita bar in lobby. Amazing view of the city & river! The pool area looked small in pics but actually had plenty of room and entertainment areas that were perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Responsive to phone calls. Had to extend our stay two days related to ice storm. Would not negotiate a better rate nor could we get a late check out even though we knew the place was not reserved for today. They need a real coffee maker, better TP and paper towels and bath towels. Clean or replace living area rug.

(sorry for brevity, on my phone). The views were amazing, sunset was cool, family enjoyed seeing the Austin skyline at night ( really cool), some of the bats were flying by our balcony which was amazing. The unit itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice to have a coffee bar in the building. We valet'd our car and the charge was a daily charge regardless of ins/outs. Overall, I would book again.

Best View Ever — Downtown Austin

Jaw dropping views from high above Austin at this roomy two-bedroom condo. Spacious with large kitchen and two baths. Luxe hotels nearby twice the price for half the space.

Perfect view

This was the perfect place to spend the New Year’s weekend. The listing is as described and pictured. The check-in/check-out process was super simple and quick. There are plenty of options for food at walking distance from this place as well, on Rainey Street. The view from the balcony was definitely the highlight. A must, if you enjoy sunsets! I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future!

Amazing Penthouse

Million dollar view, amazing condo with lots of space. Very clean and had everything you need for your stay. The balcony was a great place to sit out with a beverage and just view the city. The only ding on the stay was we were granted late checkout which is 2PM but the key card shut off at 12PM. Could be a quirk in the Vacasa system. Would rent again without a moment of hesitation.

Stunning Views and Outstanding Location

My wife, teenage son, and I were blown away by this absolutely beautiful apartment! The wraparound corner balcony was such a treat, especially at sundown. The entire place was as advertised and awesome! The building and its amenities are top notch, and you can't beat the location. Rainey Street is a blast! Access to a wonderful trail along the river is literally at the corner. The only down side is all of the massive construction going on all around the building, but it didn't affect our time at all. Daily valet+tips does add up quickly, unfortunately; but the service was very good, and it was worth it to not have to worry about the hassle of parking. This is a must stay if coming to Austin for pleasure or business. We will definitely be back! Make sure you have everything when checking out, though. When we got to the airport, we realized that my son had lost his wallet full of cash. I called to see if it had been found by the cleaning crew and was told that it would cost extra to put in a request to see if it was found. The charge is assessed regardless if the item is found or not. The company, though, provided an otherwise flawless, spectacular experience.

Great unit in a great building

Amazing views over the city, great space and facilities. Wi-Fi was a little unpredictable in terms of consistency of connectivity but not a huge issue. Bed super comfortable and it made a perfect home from home for the week. The building itself is great - too cold to use pool but enjoyed the coffee bar and the service was very friendly. I am not certain if this is stated in the listing, but worth noting that it’s a valet-only unit costing $40 a day - so you may want to allow for that when budgeting the stay.

Best views of Austin from the unit

Panoramic Summit had the best views of Austin I’ve ever experienced (from the unit itself- be careful on that as some don’t have views from the unit so just show views from pool or common areas). Place had just been updated by a designer (deck was a major focus) and was incredible. Look for the top floor units facing West as they have the best views. Barrel arcade machine was amazing - kids loved it. Incredible experience.
