Even though they are 1 building off the beach, you feel as if you are directly on it when you sit on your private deck. Easy beach access with outside hose to rinse once finished at beach. Each condo is one level with 3 total in the building. Unit 3 is top floor, Unit 2 middle, Unit 1 first. The elevator opens directly into your condo. There is covered parking for 3 cars. 1st bedroom has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size. 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The kitchen overlooks the living room with a eat at bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, Mr. coffee maker (regular size filters). The building is also equipped with wi-fi.
This property is a favorite among families and friends. Sleeps 6

Tybee Butler condo

The layout, decoration, space, location and view was wonderful and overall for the price we enjoyed our stay. In terms of cleanliness I can see how the floor tile design might hold onto dirt easily, but the floors could use a deep clean/different method to mopping. We removed our shoes upon entering the condo and feet were soon black. We also needed to clean sticky candy from bedroom bedside and floor before use. There was a deadbolt on a door leading to the outside that did not lock that needed repair. We appreciate the responsiveness to repair this next day. Thank you so much for letting our group use this property. We really enjoyed our stay!

Some issues

Check In process went smoothly, keys were in mailbox at rental office. The property was as described, amazing 3rd floor view. There was indeed a private elevator until it broke our second day . It remained unusable until the our last night when I happened to hit the button and it worked. In addition to the elevator, the air conditioning went out our 4th night there and remained out until 6p the night before we left. In total we were there for 5 night. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper, I roll of paper towel and 1 packet of dishwasher soap. One would think for the price there might be more . In terms of cleanliness, counters and bathrooms were clean. However, upon going to bed our first night, our feet were black from the floors. There were some dishes with dried food on them. I cannot say enough about the view, breathtaking doesn’t even seem to cut it. A few hundred yards from a beautiful beach.

Beach access

Great beach access just pack your stuff and walk 50yds. Great view, good amenities, good location, needs a good detail cleaning.

Beach getaway

The location and view were perfect. It was an easy walk to two great restaurants. It was spacious enough to easily accommodate 6 people.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This condo is on the quieter end of the island and was the perfect location for our family. The beach wasn't too crowded and the shops and restaurants were a quick golf cart ride away. It had a nice ocean view and easy beach access. We will definitely come back to this rental the next time we visit Tybee.

Will stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was great and so was the location. Parking is a little tight for bigger vehicles but that’s to be expected.

View was amazing!

We loved this condo and will stay again! We normally stay on the south side, but this was GREAT. If you want with in walking distance to the pier this may not be for you, but...if you want a great view just steps to the beach, it's a must.
