The stay itself was fantastic, exceeded our expectations. The condo is very spacious. There were some small cleanliness issues and the hot tub was not working . I did reach out and was given a small refund for the inconvenience. Locating the unit upon arrival is difficult. Directions are not marked clearly .

We loved the high ceilings and spacious layout as well as proximity to beach and pool. Sadly the jets in the hot tub were not working for our stay and we were disappointed with the lack of basic kitchen supplies. Dishes, pots and pans were fine but not a lot of cooking essentials beyond that.

Family vacation

The condo was spacious, plenty of room for seven people! Water pressure could have been better, but it’s ok. Being so close to the beach and walking distance to everywhere was great!

The Guest Portal has specific directions on how to get to each unit from the parking garage, and all our The Gardens units are advertised as having 'courtyard views' - the special thing about them is the private hot tubs. Just know that the property has no good options for being able to take you dog out. As a whole tybee has no tolerance at all for dogs on the beach, and the property has a couple hundred feet of patchy grass to take your dog out (they label it a dog park but it’s nothing). Decorations on the wall still has “Ross” tags on them. There are no windows to the outside, only the open air courtyard… which is you listen really carefully you can hear the ocean.

Hot tub jets did not work. Air conditioning froze us and couldn't be adjusted. No water pressure. Called maintenance they came but nothing was fixed. It was clean and in a perfect location

Upon arrival on Wednesday afternoon, the handle of one of the sliding glass doors came off as soon as I opened it, and I was unable to reach anyone for assistance at the time. Additionally, only one shower could be used at a time, and we discovered sand in the sheets of the master bed upon arrival.Most disappointing, however, was that the jacuzzi never worked and was not serviced during our stay. This was one of the main reasons we booked the property, as we were looking forward to our children being able to enjoy it.

Comfortable beach stay

This VRBO was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for a weekend beach kitchen. We were well able to keep the unit quite cool for sleeping and comfortable during the day as well. Our only challenge was parking. Could have used more information before arriving as to where to park. The passes were readily available in the unit, however we did not know that until we had parked (we just guessed where to go). This was our only glitch, and after the fact it wasn't a big deal at all...but stressful up front until we checked in. Management was VERY timely in returning our inquiries.

This property is in a great location right on the beach! There are 2 pools, right next to one another so the pool area can become crowded.The parking process was not clearly outlined for us, it was stated to park in any spot not reserved for the restaurant. However, the lot had signs noting a permit was required. Upon contacting the host they did confirm we’d need to find the parking pass in the unit.The hot tub also did not work. We messaged the host but never got a response.Overall, it was a great trip!
