Everything we needed!

The property was everything we needed. Exactly as listed in the booking! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes/pots/pans for us to cook in when we wanted which was a big plus. Plenty of space for our group of 8!

Great location & property

This apartment was very comfortable for our two families that stayed. Very clean, nice decorations, well furnished. The property management company was great to work with. The only downsides were: having to pick up the entrance packet at the management company’s office, but this wasn’t a big deal as it was only a couple of blocks away from the apartment. For a week long stay, we weren’t given enough supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent, so we had to buy those things ourselves.

Dolphins

We watched dolphins from the beach and our balcony every day! A peaceful place. Beautiful with great pizza and coffee just steps away.

The room was very clean and pretty lots of space. Close to beach and the pool was very nice. Lots of boards game sun room to play in the evenings. Absolutely no complaints with the room would book again!

Great location

The unit was perfect, view of the pool and oceans was great. Got lost using GPS to the office for check I ; however overall it was a great sta and would highly recommend. We stayed on the the north side of the island. The island is small so getting from this condo to shopping, pier, food was a short car ride (5 minutes).

Fair

Aspects of this condo were nice, however, cleanliness could have been better. The floor did not feel clean upon arrival. My son found hairs on his sheet( and not his). The deck was not swept at all. Kitchen cookware is not adequate for what condo holds & we only had 5 people. No TBS and skillet was not non-stick and difficult to use. Description of beach(being more inlet and less waves would have been helpful) although it was peaceful. Pool was nice. Captain Derek’s dolphin cruise was a thumbs up.

Dolphin view

We absolutely loved our stay in Tybee Island. The balcony has an ocean view and there were a family of dolphins that must live 50 yards out and they played in the water the entire length of our stay! It was amazing. The beach is calm and quiet and there were not alot of people either. We had such an amazing time and cannot wait to go back! The condo was very clean and the fact that linens were provided was a huge plus!

Great condo! Perfect for Spring Break with the kids.

We wanted to go back to Savannah to visit friends for spring break. This was a fabulous condo. Super clean. Parking under the building. Right off the pool deck and private beach access. Comfortably slept our family of 6 with room for others. Closets are huge and provided added play space! The only downside was no internet connection, Netflix, or Disney+ but we enjoyed the unplugged time away.

Perfectly clean, comfy beds, nice shower!

I’ve stayed in many vrbos and this one was top of the list. Only wish was that they had beach towels available for guests to use. they’re too big to pack I’m suitcases, and most other properties I’ve been to had some. We bought some at a local store, but that would have been a nice addition. All in all, would def recommend

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was outstanding and the quick access to the beach was a highlight. There was enough space for all 5 of us to spread out, relax, and enjoy each others company. The only wish we had for the property was a better stocked kitchen. It is definitely missing some basics (we had one garbage bag for a week long stay) - so we ended up buying things that we then had to throw away because you can’t leave any items behind (salt and pepper, olive oil, sugar, etc.).

Perfect location for day trips to Savannah and enjoying Tybee Island!

This was a great choice and we enjoyed staying at Bay View - a quiet location with a great pool and beach! Renting bikes for an afternoon to see the Island was a highlight. October was a wonderful time to visit the Savannah area and we hope to return in the future!

Excellent condo - great location

The condo was awesome, and the best part of our stay! Very short walk to the pool, beach, and tennis courts, which the kids loved. Parking was no issue as they have reserved spaces. Villas were quiet and the grounds were very clean and well taken care of. Place was clean on arrival. The condo had plenty of room for all 6 of us, with spacious beds in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and 4 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is even a crib provided for babies. Lots of pillows and sheets. Kitchen was big, and the laundry room was a huge bonus. You can hear running on the floors above you, but it was very muffled and not even a factor for us. The balcony was great with a view of the ocean and pool. Perfect location on the island as well. Quick to stores and restaurants, very close to the lighthouse and forts. Be aware - the one grocery store on the island closes at 8 so bring everything you need. This condo has dishes and pans but no salt, pepper, laundry detergent, etc. Would absolutely recommend this condo for Tybee. Traffic was a nightmare on Saturday coming in but Savannah was about a 20 minute drive all other days with no traffic issues.

Fabulous

Everything was great. Easy walk to beach and pool. Pool could have stayed open a little longer. Could have been a little cleaner. Back burners on stove not working. Overall we had a good time.

Gorgeous views

Beautiful views of the ocean from the deck. Highly recommend a vehicle to get to downtown restaurants and beaches. But the condo itself is beautiful.

Great place

Great place to stay. It was extremely clean. It was in a great location. You could see amazing views of the sunset at night. The only thing I would say is that you may want to check the elements on the stove, it never got hot enough to boil water which ruined the crab legs we were going to have one night. I tried to tell the management agency but had no response.
