Welcome to The Enclave 402, a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offering 1,582 sq. ft. of bright coastal living space. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this Gulf-front retreat is perfectly designed for families and groups seeking comfort, convenience, and incredible beach views.

Step inside to a cheerful, coastal-themed interior furnished with everything you need for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals at home—or enjoying fresh takeout from the many nearby restaurants. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors fill the living area with natural light and lead to your private balcony, where you can take in breathtaking Gulf views, morning coffee sunrises, or stunning sunset evenings.

The ensuite primary bedroom features private balcony access, ensuring you never miss the Gulf views. The first guest bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. The second guest bedroom is ensuite, giving everyone privacy and comfort. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

With only 70 units, The Enclave is a low-density complex, offering a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you're directly across from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and more—everything you need is within steps.

Enjoy fantastic resort-style amenities at The Enclave, including a beachside outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the soft white sands of the Gulf.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + twin bed + semi-private bathroom access
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin bed + private bathroom access
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The condo needs a little TLC. The living roomsuit is comfortable but is showing signs of wear. The remotes for ceiling fans were missing batteries and some light bulbs were burnt out. The front door of the condo needed to be wiped down and the walls needed painting as there were streaks on them. The bedding was great! The condo was clean just worn down. The location was great! In addition, it wasnt evident that the cc would be charged by two different entities at the time of booking so we paid an additional amount to VRBO that was unexpected.

We came here the last week of the summer. The week was great! We enjoyed the condo…it was clean & spacious. It had everything we needed. On the last night one of the smoke detectors started beeping (like a low battery)…I sent a message thru the BRBO app and the Sands of Alabama folks responded within 5 min and a handyman was there within 30 min to fix. I really appreciated their timeliness in responding.

Great condo for the price.

The room was very clean and accommodated all 10 of us and the location couldn’t have been any better. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the room above us had a leak in our ceiling and the last 2 days we had a huge humidifier and fan in the dining room/ kitchen that was both noisy and took up a ton of space.

Great Condo on the Beach

The property was just as described. We had an excellent time in the location of the condo cannot be beat. You have a Walmart right across the street and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. You can even walk to a Starbucks.I would say the only negative is this is a very small kid, friendly condominium. So the pool was taken over each day by small children and their families. But if you have a small child, this would be perfect.

Amazing condo and views

We definitely enjoyed this condo. We had no issues with check in. This condo has absolutely everything you need during your stay. It was amazing to rest and relax with the views it has to offer. And its not a long walk to the beach like some places. Will definitely stay again.

Paradise

Parking was clean, well lite and marked. Exterior doors looked a little rough; however, functioned properly. Beautiful spacious clean 3 bedroom condo. Amazing views from balcony. Comfy beds, nice coffee maker, and fast elevators. I truly enjoyed the master king suite. Only danger we found was the 1st bedroom on the left as you enter, the bed frame is a hazard. Four adults have battle wounds below our right knee. Extremely tight as you enter the room and very sharp corner!

Broken balcony door

We just left 10/6/24. The room was ok. Definitely needs repairs. There are a few lose/broken cabinet doors in the kitchen. The bulb under the microwave that faces the stove, was broken. We called and had it replaced while we stayed, but the microwave light wouldn’t turn off after. The biggest complaint is the balcony door off the living room was broken from the moment we checked in, and throughout our whole stay. We could never access it from the living room, only the master bedroom, which was very inconvenient considering we were staying with our whole family. We contacted the renters and they were having someone come fix it, but they never showed while we were there. They did refund us a night. Overall I give this room a 7/10.

Family trip!

We had 3 different families, the 2 bedrooms were perfect for our children to sleep in and us parents sleep in the bed beside them. There was plenty of seating for breakfast and late at night on the couch. The walk to the beach was quick. 4th floor was a perfect floor. The parking is a little too small and the beds weren’t that comfy but overall a great trip!

We loved our time at The Enclave 402. The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Beach access was easy. Kitchen had most of what you would need. Can’t think of any negatives… could have stayed another day or two!

Fathers/Sons Fishing Trip

This property was perfect. Exactly as the listing shows. Clean, modern, and spacious. Excellent view of the ocean and easy access to everything Orange Beach has to offer. Will likely rent the same place for our trip next year. Highly recommend.
