Our place is cozy, private and convenient to all Gulfport and St. Petersburg has to offer. This one bedroom private cottage has just been recently renovated. It's two blocks from Stetson University Law School, 8 min walk. Drive to Gulfport water front and the best beaches in the country in 10 minutes. Fabulous downtown St. Petersburg with all of its art and culture and the hip Edge District is also 10 minutes away. The scenic Pinellas bike trail is literally in our backyard.

Studio gem near stetson law school

Check in was a breeze, good reliable wifi access and office area ideal for remote working, easy walking distance to stetson law school in Gulfport, also a short drive to good restaurants, downtown, and beach. Clean, cozy cottage in a safe neighborhood is perfect for lone or couple travelers.

Wonderful Little Cottage!

My boyfriend, our 5 month old, and I stayed at this adorable little cottage over the weekend, while in town visiting family who have a nearby condo. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating, gave excellent directions on accessing the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. The cottage had a full size fridge, which was a lifesaver, and allowed us to refreeze our cooler packs for the trip home. The smart TV was also perfect, as I was able to login to our services for access. There were only 2 things, which are 100% just personal preference, that were less than ideal to me. The pillows offered were down, which I very much dislike. I typically travel with my own pillow anyways, but of course forgot it for this trip. And the shades, while great for privacy, did not block light very well. However, I am used to blackout curtains. And again, I realize this is totally personal preference, so it's not a complaint. The location was great, only 2 miles from where we were visiting our family. And close to lots of places to eat and things to do! Overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay, especially for the extraordinarily reasonable price. We will definitely hope it is available for any future trips to the area!

Our property is in a great location to everything St. Petersburg and Gulfport have to offer. You are literally 10 minutes to everything in either direction. The quaint village of Gulfport is a 5 minute drive from our cottage and St. Petersburg downtown is a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and our place is just two blocks away from the beautiful Stetson College of Law an 8 minute walk. Top Rated Beaches are 10 to 15 minute drive including St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island. Cultural museums and arts district in St. Petersburg are just a 10 minute drive to downtown.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with nice landscaped properties. You will have private access to cottage through the back alley. The yard is fully fenced and provides a lot of privacy. You will have access to entire backyard with grill and firepit with a cute screened in porch to relax on. Large trees on property provide shade and neighboring palm plants give it that tropical feel. Pinellas bike trail is one block away and gives you access and site seeing if you are a biker.
