Experience the grandeur of city life from the moment you step into the home. A short climb from the entrance door will reward you with access to the main living area, where you'll have access to your own gourmet chef's kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, (Thermador, Bosch & GE), custom tile, fine lighting, counter seating, and a dining area with enough room for the whole family. The main living room, showcasing 30 ft vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, exposed brick, and hardwood floors, is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet night in people watching or get ready for a night out on the town!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee surrounded by trees in the quiet retreat of your private balcony, conveniently located off main level master bedroom suite. Get ready for the day in your master bath retreat, complete with double vanity, oversized soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Catch some shuteye in the luxury Sleep Number bed in your master suite. A climb up the stairs will bring you to the second story of the home, featuring its own master bedroom/office/family room and private full bath. Floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light in the great room and kitchen.

The second story invites you to bring the party outside with private access to the stunning rooftop deck. Featuring a built-in propane firepit, dining area, and plenty of seating, this penthouse deck is a can't miss area of the home. The best spot to enjoy time with friends and family, it is also the best place to watch Knoxville's parades, festivals, and year round events with unparalleled views of Knoxville's historic skyline and the Smoky Mountains.

- Full size washer and dryer located in the master bath closet
- Large, modern chef's kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, (Thermador, Bosch & GE), custom tile, fine lighting, and bar seating
- Fully stocked coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee pot, ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener for the perfect cup of coffee to start off your morning
- Open concept dining area with room for 8
- Large main level living room area with 30 ft vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, luxury velvet seating, exposed brick, hardwood floors, 65" Smart TV with Roku access with guest provided login, and two sleeper sofas with queen beds

Second Story:

- Queen bedroom suite with queen bed, sleeper sofa with queen bed, desk space, 55" TV, access to private rooftop deck, and ensuite bath
- Ensuite queen bathroom with walk in shower

Additional Features:

We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:

- Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dish brush, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
- Coffee essentials: ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener
- Laundry essentials: laundry pods


PARKING: There are several options for paid parking. Please ask about these options when you book for further detail. Once parked, there is no need to move your car to explore downtown-- nearly everything you could want is within walking distance of the home!

STAIRS: This is a two story penthouse condo with several flights of stairs to navigate to reach the home. There is not an elevator onsite. There is one flight of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. Once inside, there is another flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The main floor of the penthouse is technically located on the 3rd story of the building. The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home.

PARTY DISCLAIMER:We respect our neighbors and have a ZERO tolerance for parties. Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. Quiet hours that are not respected can result in immediate cancellation without refund. Your account will also be reported and may be banned from the booking platform. Furthermore, we will pursue any and all legal measures afforded to us by law (in combination with the booking platform company) for any damage. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, but this is NOT the place to have a party. We appreciate your cooperation.

NOISE: This part of downtown is the best of both worlds. You are in the heart of downtown; however, this is a quieter part of the street. Noise should be limited; however, please know that you are in a downtown environment and should expect typical city noise.

PETS: We are a pet friendly home and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night. While Airbnb does allow you to select the number of pets you plan on bringing with you, pet fees are NOT calculated in your total booking amount on Airbnb, and will be charged via Resolution Center once your booking is complete. This is in addition to your total balance due for Airbnb reservations only. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two exterior camera onsite. These are located over the front door and another over the rooftop deck door facing the patio area. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.


TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

Amazing downtown Knoxville condo
We absolutely loved this VRBO. The location along with the condo were fantastic. Had all the amenities you need for your stay. Restaurants, bars, were all within walking distance. We will definitely be booking this place again. Thank you!

Perfect!
My wife and I came in for a 30 year reunion. We had some friends stay with us. The place itself is gorgeous, the rooftop fire pit, the views, the interior is so nice. Very luxurious, but not unapproachable. Great location, I would definitely stay at this place again and recommend it. 10/10. Communication was prompt, easy, responsive. At one point dropped off an extra propane tank for the fire pit, which we didn’t request, but which was nonetheless appreciated and used. Very attentive, and wanted us to have a great time which we did. Thank you again!
