The home has all the amenities of modern housing including central AC/Heat. This property features a large screened in rear porch and a front porch. Tenants also have access to a beach box on Jefferson Street.
First floor has a front living room, open great room with kitchen, full bath, screened in back porch, half bath. front bedroom and a rear bedroom with access to the back yard. The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms and another full bath. Off street parking for 2 cars.
**Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval.
