Welcome to The Palm: Our Florida Paradise in the City! Located in central SRQ, this beautiful property is within a 10 minute drive to downtown & within 15-20 minutes to Siesta Key Beach, St. Armand's Circle, Lido Key Beach, and a variety of local restaurants and shopping centers. This 2019 home has a new and fully-stocked kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a porch, an outdoor patio area & a front lock that allows for self check-in. Come see why we call this our FL Paradise in the City!

Convenient location with well equipped kitchen.

We benefitted from the well equipped kitchen and gas grill. The beds were very comfortable for all. The living room couches were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and Well Stocked

House was perfect for me and my sister and my parents. It was very nice to have coffee available in the morning. We were all very impressed with how clean everything was.

Our second stay

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as good as the first time. The home is very clean and in good repair. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. Some nice touches are included, such as a welcome basket with snacks, and generous quantities of coffee (K-cups). The property manager is very friendly and responsive. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation rental.

More than expected

Wao... hospitality was incredible!!! Just bring your clothes and the food u r eating, and that's it!!!! Fully furnished, and equiped. Name it and it is there..... beach stuffs provided as well..... An amazing experience!! A+ , 10 out of 10. Definitely will recommend to anyone to stay !!

Mixed feelings

A newer remodel that was quiet and has a private (all be it small) backyard. The upkeep of the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. The amenities that were provided were many. Kara, took care of any questions we had. She was even driving over to make sure we could get the Super Bowl on our TV. Regretfully, there were no TVs in any of the three bedrooms.

Great house, easy process

We came to Sarasota for spring break and had a great stay here! Everything was very clean and nicely organized. The property manager Erinn responds quickly via messages or text. The check in and check out process was easy. The amenities were great - they have beach equipment such as towels, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and kid's shovel. It was great to have a washer and dryer so we could reuse our beach towels every day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to cook if desired. They had a large TV which my kids loved to use in the mornings. There was an adorable snack box with local treats when we arrived. The location is within 10 minutes of downtown, and only 15-20 min to any beach. I would definitely recommend this property for a great stay!

A lovely vacation rental

We've stayed in several different vacation rentals in Sarasota over the past several years. Thus far, this is our favorite. The home is clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and fantastic living room furniture. The kitchen includes serving ware and enough cookware for the light cooking that most people would typically do while on vacation. They included some nice touches, such as a welcome basket with snacks, and some K-cups for the coffee maker. The property manager is very personable, and she responds quickly to any questions or concerns. All in all, it was a great stay. Highly recommended!

Great

We had a lovely stay. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or needs. We had children with us and the simplicity of the decor was very appreciated so they could play easily. The beds were very comfortable!

We both love the water, the beautiful beaches, boating, and sunset dining with our favorite cocktail!
