This home has 5 large bedrooms and 1 large bunk-bed room with 4 full baths and 2 half baths and sleeps 15 people in beds. This home has a large 2 story deck (lower deck has the hot tub) over-looking the peaceful waters of FishTail Cove. Ice maker, barbecue, fire pit with swing set and new large private dock round out the amenities this beautiful property. Kayaks & SUP included

Beautiful home, very clean, and family friendly. Home had everything you could ask for cooking etc. Large dock with kayaks and paddle board were very nice along with new hot tub on back patio overlooking the beautiful cove. Game room with basketball, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball were also a hit! Sam, the host was great. Very simple check in/out process. Would highly recommend, and would definitely come back.

Fun family time at Grand Lake

We love this house and this is the third time we’ve stayed here. There were 9 adults and 6 kids and it fit our needs very well. We love that the 4 main bedrooms each have a full bath. Had a great dock to swim off of and lots of fish were caught which made the fisherman in the family happy.

Great Location - Perfect for a Large Group

We have four families who travel to Grand Lake every year for the 4th of July. As the kids get older, we need more space to spread out. This house was perfect for us. It was easy to drive to and close to the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great for a family vacation!

This was the perfect house for a family getaway! We have 18 in our family with several small grandchildren and we really enjoyed this space! The rooms are large so each family could have their own space. Almost all the rooms have their own full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked (way better than rentals usually are). The host was so gracious to get us taken care of immediately when we had an issue. Our only complaint would be the state of the mattresses. As with most rentals, the mattresses are well loved and it’s probably time to replace them. This wouldn’t hinder us from staying again though. We loved it!

Family time at Grand Lake

My family stayed at this property 3 years ago and it was such a great place we wanted to do it again! It had plenty of bedrooms and lots of bathrooms which was needed with 15 people. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards provided. One day I rented a pontoon boat from H2O Sports Rental which was so close by. There was a Dollar General nearby and a nice grocery store a little further away in Langley.

Lake Retreat

This stay was so perfect!!! The house has everything you need. So many nice bedrooms and bathrooms! Sitting out on the deck was the perfect way to relax! Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to everyone!!

Home away from home

This is our 2nd year gathering here. Our hearts are so excited as the days approach and then we’re finally here! Bags in, grove loaded in the fridge and to the dock we go! Saying “hello” to the lake is always my favorite part. The grown kids and their babes trickle in and come to greet the lake as well. Laughter, giggles, squeals, hugs and kisses…they all happen here. The place is always clean and stocked. We plan to make this a yearly event.

Perfect for a multi-generational family reunion

Even though it was too cold to get out on the lake, we enjoyed spending the long weekend inside the house, enjoying the views of the lake. There was plenty of room to spread out and lots of ways to entertain ourselves inside. The hot tube was such a nice touch.....well-maintained, sparkling clean, super views of the lake from the tub!

Grandma's 70th birthday

Lots of space with plenty of bedding for the beds and the washer and dryer to keep up with clean towels. Everyone enjoyed having the paddleboards and kayaks and other float's and life jackets there to enjoy besides just swimming or having to pack all of that to take with us. The extra amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen area, especially the two types of coffee pots was really nice too. Would stay here again.

Amazing house and location!

The house was so well appointed! Everyone had their space. Our family of 10 was very comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again. Lots of toys and games for the kids and adults. Ice machine was definitely a bonus! Loved the outside decks. The Boat dock was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very little waves in the Cove. Which was great for our parking our 25 foot Malibu in the slip for three days. Loved this house! And the location!

Gaul family 4th of July blast

Sam was wonderful, excellent communicator. We had our entire family, ages 67 to to our youngest grand, age 1.5 years old. The home, location and amenities were wonderful and could not have been more perfect. The floor plan was perfect for our family. We had the best time and are looking forward to our next trip to Grand Lake. The lake, views, let’s just say it was difficult to leave. Thanks for being an amazing host and for sharing your home. The week was full of memories to last a lifetime.

Fish Tail Cove Escape

This property was so much of what my family needed this summer! My youngest daughter, 6 yrs old said “I love my life” while we enjoyed our night swim. The next day my granddaughter said, “I love my family!” While we were all out on the water together. My heart was full! I had booked this not realizing it was the same place where my dad had his old dock and property 13+ yrs ago. My sister and I swam across the cove like we did when we were teens. My husband and I held grand babes, jumped and dove off the doc multiple times. We can’t recommend this peaceful spot enough!

Amazing

The house was perfect for our family gathering. It is beautiful, clean and spacious. Sam was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The swim dock was so amazing to lounge on, and the kids loved to play/swim right off the dock that we rarely wanted to take our boat out on the lake. We hope to come back

Wonderful stay!

The property was amazing!! It was fully stocked with anything and everything we could ever need. The deck had a beautiful view and was perfect for laying out and even taking pictures. The private deck and game room were the highlights for our stay. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone!

My name is Sam and my wife and 5 kids have been visiting Grand Lake for years now and just love spending time up here at the lake. We purchased this home in 2020 and have enjoyed spending time here as well as making peoples vacations a success.

This home is brand new in 2018, it has very high end amities and is located directly on the calm waters of fishtail cove, which is close to all the action of Duck Creek; but tucked away from the rougher main water. It has a brand new dock and everythign that you might need for the perfect lake vacation; including a new deck and hot tub.
