Avoid This Condo – Dirty, Poorly Maintained, and Unresponsive Management
We regret booking this condo due to its unacceptable cleanliness and lack of essential amenities. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed serious issues:•Dirty and Unsanitary Conditions: The sheets were stained and had hair and crumbs in them. We also found rat droppings in drawers and inside the sofa bed. The guest bathroom was completely unusable due to black mold in the shower.•Pest Problems: Within minutes of arriving, we killed three spiders in a web on the kitchen counter. This, combined with the rodent droppings, made it clear the condo had not been properly cleaned or maintained.•Minimal Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen was barely stocked with the essentials and filthy drawers, making meal preparation inconvenient. Dishwasher had standing water and dried, crusty soap dispenser. •Lack of Responsiveness: I called the evening of our arrival to report these issues and my concerns requesting to be moved immediately, and by the following morning, they still couldn’t give me a timeframe for assistance. At 5 PM the next day—nearly 24 hours later—they finally dropped off one set of sheets, despite my request for two. In the end, I had to spend my own time washing stained bedding and cleaning up rat droppings just to make the place livable.For the price we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this rental until the owner takes serious steps to improve cleanliness, pest control, and guest services.
