Two modern beautifully furnished, canal front homes are situated side by side on one of the Leeward Canals. Offering 7 bedrooms this combination allows for sufficient space and privacy for large parties travelling together.
Each property boasts a 3,400 square foot layout maximizing indoor / outdoor living within these beautiful vacation homes.
Enjoy wonderful views from the upper balcony and relax by the pool or the boat dock savoring the gentle warm breeze and ripple of the turquoise waters. The pool patios are connected by a private path between properties.
Blue Haven Resort & Marina is in immediate proximity where you can avail of all the wonderful watersports offerings that the destination has to offer.

UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $105.00/day (one hundred five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
