Summary:

This condo is located on the 10th floor of the Sand Dunes Resort. It has a private balcony, a king bed, and sleeps up to two guests. It has been recently remodeled and includes a new LCD TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The condo has high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of cleaning, and free onsite parking. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs. indoor pool and spas are heated. Please note that motorcycles are not allowed in the resort's parking.



The Space:

This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony, and is located in Myrtle Beach, SC in the Sand Dunes Resort. This resort has it all, including heated indoor pool and spas, a lazy river, and hot tubs! The condo has one king bed and sleeps two. It includes a new refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and private bathroom. We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools, onsite restaurants! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

This property is conveniently located close to the airport, taxi, uber, and rental cars! This makes it easy to get to and from the airport, and to explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

This beachfront resort condo offers a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and ocean views. It's a great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The resort has abundant amenities, including indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, social areas, an oceanfront pool, an indoor pool, an onsite restaurant, a game room, a fitness room, a lounge, and free wifi! Please note that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort. Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

Great location. I like the property has a convenience store, ice cream and pizza on site. The view was perfect. The room had all the amenities. We had a great time.

Perfect beach getaway

This unit was perfect for a quick getaway for me and my son. The tenth floor balcony offered a magnificent water and beach experience. It was very clean, comfortable, and ideally located in the center of it all. Incredible sunrises from the balcony. I highly recommend this property for one or two people to get away.

This was an Anniversary getaway and wow what a trip. Julie was so helpful from start to finish with our booking. The room was clean and as pictured, and the View...WOW. we could lay in bed and watch the sunrise. The Resort was nice and the restaurants were perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great Location, Clean, Modern Look

We had a great stay. The studio was just enough space for 2. It was very clean. The location is great. The Sand Dunes resort is close to all attractions. The check-in process was completely no contact and I received messages from the property manager to be sure I made it in ok. I only needed a more comfortable bed and more pillows. I would stay again.

The place had a beautiful view! Could use some updates! Not much in kitchen area so longer stays would recommend a kitchen and a couch! Our kids had places with living area couch stove and updated air conditioners with washer and dryer for basically same amount of rent!

I didn't want to leave!

This was the perfect choice for a getaway while recovering from ankle surgery. Everything was in close proximity, I was able to Uber to/from airport with ease. I was even able to have groceries/necessities delivered, using the same services I use at home. I was pleasantly surprised that the on-site restaurants were reasonably priced and the food was actually good! I look forward to returning with the family next time!

Disappointing cleanliness of room. Beautiful view.

Upon arrival, we noticed there was sand everywhere on the floor that we had to sweep up as well as the shower now working. We did reach out and communication was quick, maintenance came up and fixed problem relatively quick, but was still disappointing that this was not checked before guests were checked in. The view was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood, and as as being right on the beach.
