Escape to 38 Sunset Island Drive, a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home located in the heart of Sunset Island, Ocean City’s premier gated community. This spacious retreat sleeps up to 10 guests, offering the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and coastal charm.
Step inside to find an open-concept living area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and beautifully decorated bedrooms designed for relaxation. Enjoy modern amenities, including free WiFi, cable TV, and multiple private balconies where you can unwind and soak in the peaceful island atmosphere.
This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.
****** Our cleaning crew is in line with CDC guidelines regarding the COVID19 pandemic following strictly new cleaning policy after each guest's departure. Please note this property INCLUDES linens with each rental. Pillows and comforters are also provided.

Sunset Island is a private bayfront community, conveniently located on 67th Street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort offers everything you need for a safe and enjoyable family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island features an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, three private beaches, a fitness center, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island café/restaurant, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, an interactive fountain, and great community activities.
Take a short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets, Fager’s Island, Mackey’s, Dead Freddy’s, and many more!
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. 
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was vey comfortable and roomy for the 10 of us. Only concern was the stability of the bunk beds. My husband needed to tighten them. Great location in regards to pool and peer. My family loves the pool. We also enjoyed the bay beach. Would have liked to have been closer to the beach. Other than that everything was great!

Great gated community for families. Down fall was limited key cards to amenities and our oven was broke.

Sunset Island Townhouse

This was our first time staying on Sunset Island, although we've been coming to Ocean City, MD for 40 years. The community is beautiful & the amenities are pleasant. It is a half mile walk to the ocean. The first floor has one small bedroom, bathroom, laundry, & garage.The second floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, & half bath. The third floor has three bedrooms & two bathrooms. The fourth floor has a large bedroom & bathroom. There are lots of stairs. The house is adequately supplied, but not extravagant. For example, there is one drip coffee maker, no cutting board, no tea pot. The dishwasher & the garage door keypad never worked. We contacted the management company on our first day, & we were told that a repair person would come as soon as possible. No one arrived. It was annoying to hand wash dishes for 9 people for 7 days. It was also annoying to walk around the strip of townhouses from the garage & go in the front door to open & close the garage every time we left & returned to the house. The cupboard door to the pantry was on a broken hinge & unusable. This house could be a 5 star if the broken items were repaired & the kitchen better supplied. The house comes with linens & six pool passes & three parking passes. The parking passes can only be used on the garage side of the house. Extra pool passes & parking passes can be purchased for an additional $70 each. Visit the management office for a map & schedule of events.
