This amazing condo is located just north of Flagler Avenue in the coveted north beach location, with breathtaking 6th floor views that cannot be beat! Enjoy picturesque ocean views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom all while relaxing in this tastefully decorated condo; there is not a bad seat in this unit! Just steps to the beach or community swimming pool where you can sunbathe, bike, and surf or take a short walk to Flagler Avenue where you can indulge in shopping, dining and entertainment. You will love spending your days and nights sipping your coffee or cocktails on the balcony with completely unobstructed view of the ocean! This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king size in the master bedroom and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit. This is the perfect place to come live like a local and spend your vacation!!

Specific condo was ok but condo complex is under major construction.

The condo itself came as advertised. However, the construction on the condo complex came as a huge surprise. Jackhammering starting at 8:00 AM and lasting till at least 3:00 PM M-F. Though they did break for lunch. The noise sounded like they were right outside our door, but they were actually 2 floors above us. From what we were told by a couple of other owners in the building, the Management team asked the owners not to rent out to the general public because of the construction. However, obviously that was not followed. Construction is to last another 2+ years. I would not rent at Golden Arms for at least those 2+ years.

Beautiful view, horrible noise currently

The condo was beautiful with a wonderful view. However there is construction going on at the building currently so we were woke at 7:15 every morning of our vacation. Which was not so great. Did I mention it was very loud, jackhammering construction? Otherwise a wonderful choice for a vacation.

Great Location

The condo was very nice and a beautiful view from the deck and windows. The location on the beach is perfect and could walk to the downtown fairly easy. The rooms were all very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts each morning.

Great view of beach!

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen fully equipped with everything!!! Every drawer and cabinet was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen - you only need to bring your food/drinks! Had a delightful week there!

Spring Break 2023

We loved this property overall and would easily rent again. Condo is as stated in description, best stocked condo we have ever stayed in (spices, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, etc. and we left some that we bought and didn't use.) Great pool area, AMAZING view from the always shaded balcony. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, extra pillows, some soaps, shampoos etc. The shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced, they do not work well. Decor is a little dated, but I'm not going to FL to hang out in a condo, so this is a minor detail in our opinion! Bed was very comfortable (quite high off the ground), the condo was very clean and the property itself is very well kept. The layout gives good separation between the two bedrooms for kids or another couple. Great pantry space so that all of the food isn't sitting on the counters. The property could benefit from some general use grills. We heard and saw some information about the fact that the condo will be under construction for the next two years as they are doing something to the balconies. So, if you are going to rent, ask questions about when this will be happening if you don't want to be renting in a construction zone! Once the construction is finished, we definitely hope to return to this property!

Beautiful view , comfortable beds , well stocked . Very clean . Nice condo Wasn’t a fan of the garage parking / too tight . Shared with someone else .
