This amazing home is just 1 mile from the center of town, yet sits on a quiet acre of land with a fire pit and swings in the backyard. This is an excellent home for your group of friends, family, or even several families. Everyone will thoroughly enjoy our spacious, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath home with enough room for everyone to spread out and relax! We welcome all travelers and have extra space in the garage for bikes, kayaks and all your sporting equipment. Our driveway is level and easy to navigate. This property is a convenient and popular choice for families attending events at Pretty Place and Seven Maples. We have over 100 reviews on other sites with a 4.96 rating!

Such a beautiful home and a beautifully landscaped backyard. Loved our stay! I lived in Brevard in the '70s and returned for my 50th year high school reunion with my husband and my best friend from Phoenix. She had also lived in Brevard in the 70s. It was great to go back "home" and to have found this "gem". We usually visit Brevard once a year and we are so glad to have found this place and plan on staying there again. Highly recommend!

Great family house

Our son lives in Brevard and this house was in a great location to gather entire family. Kids had their own space downstairs and adults loved the big covered deck. It is close to town and to Pisgah Nat’l. Forest so we could easily access shopping, hiking and fishing. Well outfitted with everything we needed. Experienced the White Squirrel Festival that weekend which was fun! Definite “do-over” !

Wonderful Home

We have a fun week checking out the DuPont Forest, Pisgah Forest, Gorges State Park, Sapphire & Cashiers. The house is located close to all the parks with plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids LOVED sitting outside every night by the fire watching the fireflies emerge.I would recommend bringing your camp chairs, as the adults were a big sore after hiking to sit campsite on rocks.

Very convenient

Great house. Very well taken care of. Super comfy bed in the master bedroom. King size. The closet in the master bedroom is huge. Might be a great place for a pack and play or a crib. There’s a door into the closet and an electric outlet for a baby monitor if needed. Kitchen was well stocked and a good size kitchen table. Living room is comfortable and had a large tv. Great spot for us, very close to town and only 8 minutes to our daughter’s toward Rosman. Huge back yard and porch that we did not use but great if you had kids. We would stay here again!

Rain in he Carolinas

Area was quiet and the neighbor is friendly rooster and all. Location is good to downtown Brevard. Nice community etc.. Unfortunately is rained almost every day of our stay. Property drains well. Only concern are the stairs to the lower level. If you are not a stair person you may want to think it over for safety concerns. All the appliances work well. Would suggest a screen door. Over leading out to the nice deck off the kitchen. This would help keeping birds, wasp and other creatures coming in. May want to have a garage door opener to bring cars in to the garage. Owners option though, Would recommend to a friend.

House was clean and comfortable. Perfectly located for access to Downtown. Kiddos got a kick out of the yard and the neighboring rooster. Was an excellent choice for the eldest’s birthday trip.

Labor Day weekend

This is a delightful property. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 4 minutes from downtown Brevard. The house appears to have recently been remodeled and was done very well. Everything from the floors, furniture, bedding, curtains, kitchen items and even decorations on the walls and tables said “home”. It is a good base for enjoying adventures in the area or just to sit back and relax. I feel sure my family group will return to this inviting and conveniently located property.

This neighborhood is very quiet and close to town but feels remote and peaceful! We love the big backyard and fire pit.

This is one of few rentals in Brevard that offer a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom option with two living areas. This home is comfortable because everyone has their own space and doesn’t have to crowd into one bathroom. Bikers love our home since the bikes can be safely put into the garage and rinsed off behind the home. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals and the back patio will be the place you want to hang out. You will see our local white squirrels frolicking around!
