We welcome all travelers and have extra space in the garage for bikes, kayaks and all your sporting equipment. Our driveway is level and easy to navigate. This neighborhood is very quiet and close to town but feels remote and peaceful! We love the big backyard and fire pit. The home is on a private acre with beautiful trees and white squirrels abound! We enjoy the quiet sounds of nature while being close to town.

This is one of few rentals in Brevard that offer a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom option with two living areas. This home is comfortable because everyone has their own space and doesn’t have to crowd into one bathroom. Bikers love our home since the bikes can be safely put into the garage and rinsed off behind the home. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals and the back patio will be the place you want to hang out. You will see our local white squirrels frolicking around! This is a very quiet neighborhood.
