Great location! Within walking distance to downtown and an easy bike ride to Ecusta and Oskar Blues. The house was very clean and the owner made check-in a breeze. This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and it will definitely be at the top of our list when we return.

Great spot - loved the lumberyard area. The house was really comfortable and walkable to downtown and the lumberyard areas of Brevard. Can’t wait to come back!

Well Stocked and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay in Brevard at this comfortable house. It is well stocked and it's really nice being able to walk anywhere. Brevard is a nice little town with some great dining, hiking, mountain and gravel biking. We plan on coming back.

Living our Bungalow Dreams

This house was so cozy and well appointed. It was peaceful, comfortable, and so close to everything! The front porch was so dreamy and the neighborhood is lovely. The house was the perfect combo of modern comfort and the vintage feel of original bungalow architecture. The host was so accommodating and kind. We would stay here again and recommend it highly!

Spring Break Mountain Retreat

My wife, kids and I couldn't be more pleased with the property! great little mountain house, in the perfect location to walk/ride to town, lumber district, Bracken Mtn, and even Pisgah. Great porch to sit out at night, or have a fire inside (when the weather hits!). Love this place!

Walking distance to breakfast/lunch/dinner. Convenient and functional for our moving needs. Only complaint for us was not very well lit rooms and bathrooms

Great house and location

The house had everything you could possibly need, plus extras especially in the kitchen-nothing was overlooked. It also had enough space for the five of us to hang out, but also have privacy. The location is excellent-a very short walk into town and the Brevard Music Center and w/in 30 minutes from Gorges, Pisgah and Dupont. I would recommend staying here and would come back.

Cutest, Most Convenient Location in Brevard

The property was all we had hoped it would be for our mini-family reunion. It's in a lovely part of town, convenient to town central, and was just lovely. Furnishings were perfect, appliances modern, and just very homey. My sister lives in Brevard, and highly recommends the area as quiet, safe of course, and surrounded by charming Old Brevard homes. Best VRBO we've stayed in in the last decade. The hosts are responsive, cordial, full of good local suggestions.

This is the epitome of a mountain bungalow. We love that it has two floors to give everyone space to relax. The location is perfect and even though it is in town it is a nice large lot that gives you a really good feeling when outside enjoying the porch.
