More cleaning but good communication

Our stay was lovely and I really appreciated the flexibility of the check in and all other communication with the staff on your platform. The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner and the drive to kirchberg to check out was quit inconvenient.

Thanks for your feedback Anna, which we appreciate. We have now installed a key-box so guests may check-in directly at the property instead of here at the office. I do apologize if the cleaning wasn't up to expectations. I will of course relay this back to the cleaning company we use. Fraser - Apartment Managers

Nice place but strange layout

The place was nice but the bedroom layout didn’t give as much privacy as we were hoping for. Also there were limited amounts of things like toilet paper and towels that we had to get more of.

Hi Nicholas, thank you for your feedback. We do mention what is supplied in the apartment in your confirmation. It mentions that guests need to bring their own toiletries and that there will be enough toilet paper for the beginning of your stay and from there it is up to guests to buy their own. Kind regards, Fraser

Good… could be better

A great property, but a little bit let down by a few simple things. When you have high up bunk beds, you really need to clean on top of the wardrobes and door frames as they were thick with dust. Shower enclosure and toilet seats need better cleaning. Also the distance from the bus top of 200m and 10 min walk to town is optimistic at best. On the more positive side, The layout was fine and worked well for us and the appartment is spacious, warm and cosy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. Also really convenient to a couple of supermarkets

Read the reciews

It's a lovely place over all, the kitchen is the best part, an actual kitchen, the living room is great as well, having a full and a half bathroom is nice as well. Keybox made the entry easy and liked the ski room. It is actually a one bedroom with a bunk bed in the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom, whi h means you can't access the bedroom or bathroom without going through the "second bed room". Others have mentioned the bus depot next door plus a busy street which makes sleeping with windows open impossible. Having 3 rolls of TP in a place that sleeps 4 for a one week booking seems ridiculous, when the place is hundreds a night and ten rolls of TP are three bucks at the store next door, so I donated some to the place... Nice place and an accurate description and pictures would probably not have kept me from booking it in Kitzbühel.
