Amazing location for a good value!The apartment was in the perfect location within a quiet area of houses about 2 blocks from the main gondola (Kitzbuhel Hahnenkamm Bahnhof). This was convenient for our family to walk (in our regular shoes) to the INTERSPORT lockers at the base of the gondola, change into our ski boots, grab our skis and get right onto the gondola. It's also close enough to walk to all of the attractions within Kitzbuhel. The apartment itself was a good size for our family with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is 1 half bathroom downstairs off the mudroom, 1 full bathroom (tub only) and a room with just a shower and sink. The bathrooms were a bit dated and it would have been nice to have another shower. The mudroom was a bonus! It was heated nicely with enough room to put all of our ski stuff. We would leave the wet, cold gear in there in the afternoon and it would be warm and ready to go in the morning. There was a washer in one of the bathrooms that worked well and a drying rack to hang clothes (no dryer).All in all, it was a great value with the location and size of the accommodations being the main benefits.
