Accommodation description:
The holiday home along a stream near Kitzbühel has two separate, unconnected units with their own entrances. This property is located on the ground floor. Ideal for families, the downstairs flat with terrace offers beautiful views of the famous Hahnenkamm. The holiday home is easy to reach by public transport. From the garden you can reach the promenade leading to the picturesque and above all cosy centre of Kitzbühel

Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel
In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung in Kitzbühel. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Touren in der Region. Gut geschnitten, auch für Familien mit mehr als 2 Kindern.

Die Wohnung ist echt schön, zentral und am Fluss gelegen und mit grosser Terrasse. Was uns allerdings vorher nicht klar war, es gibt kein "Wohnzimmer/Sofa" etc wo man Abends gemütlich Fernsehen kann. Dafür eine grosse Eckbank und einen grossen Esstisch, also eine Wohn-Ess-Küche.

+ Gunstige ligging t.o.v. centrum en Hornbahn + top douche en goede bedden + goed verzorgd ruime inventaris en schoon (maar dat mag ook wel eerlijk gezegd voor € 100,- schoonmaakkosten) + mooie wandelingen mogelijk in de omgeving - redelijk lawaaiig door drukke wegen, treinbaan en stromende rivier om het huis heen (wel goed geïsoleerd bij dichte ramen). - geen bankstel, maar alleen rechte banken en stoelen. - door hoge begroeiing weinig zon op de veranda met zitje - in onze periode (half mei) veel gesloten horeca.

Appartment great for family of 2+4. Well situated just off central village with ski bus around the corner. We had a car which simplified grocery shopping but 15 min walk to supermarket. Owners very supportive and serviceoriented - never any problems.

Despite the fact that the weather is not so meezat us, we do have a very pleasant time in Kitzbuhel. This was not due to the perfect accommodation at least. Even in rainy weather, we were able to sit out on the spacious covered terrace. The villa is five minutes' walk from the town center and shops and department stores are nearby. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The living room and kitchen were practical and cozy. The fact that the owners lived in the same building was certainly not a flaw. They were very welcoming, without imposing itself. On Also towels were well stocked. A must for anyone loves the mountains and still want comfort.

The villa was superbly located only a 5minute walk into town and 5minutes to closest gonola. The interior was clean, modern and very cosy, the shower was fantastic and like a waterfall. The owners were always helpful and equally gave us the privacy when needed. Kitzbuhel is a great resort with stunning scenery and a fantastic lake to swim in. We would definitely return to the same location and villa. Thank you.

Ouders, met 4 volwassen kinderen. Wij vonden het een prima accommodatie. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van de Hahnekammenlift. Erg volledig ingerichte keuken. Schoon! Uitstekende bedden. Enige minpunt voor ons dat er geen lekkere bank in stond.

Stayed over New Year, apartment was really lovely, well appointed , warm and with everything we needed for 6 adults self catering for a week. Everything in good condition, beds and bedding lovely quality, towels changed midweek,plenty of room and very quiet. Basement has bootwarmer and plenty of storage for skiis and snowboards. Owners live above so are on hand for help and advice if needed but were not at all intrusive, and left a lovely welcome basket for us, a nice touch. Very convenient for Kitzbuhel, an easy 5 minute stroll to the beautiful town centre but also very conveniently there is a garage nearby with a small Billa supermarket for provisions when other stores were closed. Close to The Horn gondola and about a 20 min walk to Hannenkam lifts through town centre with ski bus stop just around the corner making access to large ski area very easy, also train station about 5 min stroll away . Local Tourist Office organises daily walks for free, just turn up, ski poles provided, very good. Town Centre has beautiful shops, lovely restaurants and plenty of bars and cafes, good for apre-ski.

Ideaal huisje voor vakantie met kinderen. Tuin met glijbaan en speelhuisje. Buiten een terras met salon én een terras met meubilair om buiten te eten. Alle comfort is goed voorzien in het huisje. Enkel een salon ontbreekt. Je verblijft op wandelafstand van het centrum en kabelliften. Er is een leuk wandel- en\/of fietspad langs de rivier achter het huisje. Helaas is er veel lawaai van de autoweg achter het huis. Vriendelijke eigenaars.

Wij hebben een week gelogeerd in Villa Schonfeld in Kitzbuhel.Het interieur van dit ruime appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede keuken en badkamer en ruime slaapkamers.De ligging ten opzichte van Kitzbuhel en omgeving is ook heel goed. Je wandelt met een paar minuten het centrum in en je zit vlak bij een aantal kabelbanen die ook in de zomer in bedrijf zijn.Tijdens ons verblijf waren de temperaturen 30+. Niet echt temperaturen om heel intensief te bewegen, maar in de buurt is een heerlijk meertje (Schwarzsee) en ook iets verder weg is een leuk zwemwater (Hintersteiner See). 's Avonds 'Kitz' in gewandeld waar diverse leuke restaurants zitten.Het appartement had wel een wat minder punt Je kijkt vanaf de veranda vol op de hel verllichte luifel van een benzine station. Daarlangs loopt een drukke doorgaande weg die door de weeks toch ook wel behoorlijk lawaaiig is.Al met al wel een heerlijke week gehad. Prachtige omgeving!

Voor het eerst met ons kleintje de sneeuw in. De eigenaren waren super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, we mochten zelfs hun kinderwagen lenen, zodat wij deze niet hoefde mee te nemen! Accomodatie is prima, netjes ingericht, goede keuken en top badkamer (stortdouche). Bij mooi weer lekker op het buitendek zitten.....Echt een aanrader voor mensen die een goed appartement zoeken in het mondaine Kitzbuhel.

Prima ontvangst door de eigenaar! Onze vakantie was een mooie afwisseling van wandelingen in de onmiddelijke omgeving en zwemmen in de Schwarzsee. De nabijheid van het centrum heeft ons meermaals gemotiveerd voor een avondwandeling.

Voor ons als gezin met jonge kinderen (1,4 en 7 jr) was dit een geweldig huis om de zomervakantie door te brengen! Door de aanschaf van de Kitzbüheler Sommer Card konden we dagelijks bergbanen op die, door de goede ligging van het huis, bijna allen binnen 30 autominuten bereikbaar waren. Openbaar vervoer is ook een goede mogelijkheid: bus en treinstation op loopafstand. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen tussen de Hahnenkamm en de Hornbahn (beide op loopafstand) Gezellig kleurrijk stadje met vriendelijke mensen. Mooie gelegenheid voor contact met de plaatselijke bevolking biedt zich op zondagmorgen rond 10 uur in het kleine witte kerkje naast de Hornbahn gelegen 200m vanaf het huis. De nederlandse huiseigenaren waren erg gastvrij, vriendelijk, gaven leuke bruikbare tips voor trips en creeërden veel privacy voor ons. Geweldig!

Villa Schönfeld

Our family are regular visitors of bungalows, parks and hotels and we are accustomed to a high standard of luxury, yet this house and the owners can surpass this again. The house was tastefully decorated and very complete. The owners Pepin & Carolina were very friendly and were always there for us. Near the house there is plenty to do and for all what to do. We enjoyed the terrace and garden. We would definitely come back.

Villa Schonfeld is "a beautiful apartment, looks neat and well maintained. Situated close to the center, where there are many possibilities for entertainment, restaurants, terraces and cable cars on loopafstand.Ik would like to recommend this apartment to anyone, if they want to spend their holidays nations in this region, the price-performance ratio in the period September to October is excellent.

The holiday was very nice ..... The very central location of the house (lift and center are within walking distance) .... The owners are really very, very nice ..... We sweetened the time with some attention .... The house is nicely decorated, well maintained and has a wonderful shower, which is after a cold ski day just right .... Unfortunately, the fire was only a bio-ethanol and not a real and a nice big bed for long

Very nice stay in a real good location. In few minutes you can make on the track or in the Horn Stadtzentrum.Die means a new impression. There are many kitchen utensils already exists.
