We had a delightful stay at this fantastic property, literally just minutes walk away from shops, food, and the National Mining Museum. The hot tub was relaxing. The views breathtaking. Our vacation plan was altered somewhat by the Willow Fire nearby, but we were at all times safe and well informed. I would be delighted to visit again or recommend this spot to anyone

Pros: location is great! The hot tub is nice. Loved the stocked kitchen. Cons: trash can was overflowing at check in. There is no ac but and that’s fine except half the window screens are missing. Parking is HORRIBLE! Beds are even worse than the parking! The backyard was overgrown and looked a mess.

Ideal location--walkable to shops, food, and coffee. Locals are so kind and welcoming. Easy parking and very quiet. We will definitely return:) We have a large family, so this was perfect for us to enjoy each other but not go crazy in close quarters.

We had a wonderful stay and a great overall experience. The property was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The WiFi wasn’t working during our stay, but we had great cell service, so it really wasn’t an issue for us and we still had an amazing time. It actually gave us a nice chance to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

オーナー : Traverse Hospitality

We (Alex & Nadim) are grateful to be able to offer an outdoor focused community to our guests up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We both love rock climbing, hiking, biking, skiing and spending pretty much all of our free time outside; we were even crazy enough to run the Leadville 100. Our mission is to help as many people as possible discover the magic of the mountains...which is why we founded High Rocky Homes!

We're doing our best to make real estate and mountain access more affordable for EVERYONE!

For our real estate clients, we give half of our commission back to our buyers and sellers, saving them up to $6,000. This helps our clients furnish a new home or simply reduces the high closing costs associated with buying or selling real estate.

For our property management clients, we offer a service that has no restrictive contracts, a lower commission model and superior performance. This means that more booking revenue goes back to our clients to offset the costs of their mountain homes.

For our guests, we've been working hard to offer more lodging accommodations that are clean, affordable, and full of great amenities set up for active people who want to enjoy the mountains for short or longer term stays!
