Enjoy Annapolis, MD in this charming Federal-style home nestled in the heart of the historic district. Spectacularly restored with attention to detail, this light-filled home will welcome you back in time with historic features like the double-sided (decorative) brick fireplace, 9’ ceilings and hardwoods floors, while you enjoy the upgraded finishes in the gourmet kitchen (i.e, Viking range, GE Monogram fridge) and bathrooms (i.e., spa tub.) Enjoy a (complimentary) bottle of wine while relaxing on the tree-shaded outdoor patio after touring the town.

**Parking is not on premises!! A dedicated parking spot at nearby garage (10/15-walk from the house) is provided. Please contact us for details.

Union House features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a quick walk to Main Street, the waterfront, restaurants, shopping and the US Naval Academy. Catch a water taxi or launch your kayak just steps from the front door to enjoy scenic Annapolis from Spa Creek. This is an ideal location for those coming to town for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or looking to experience the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

We had a wonderful Sisters weekend getaway at this property. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent—any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to do while still offering a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4 day stay, and we would be happy to return.”

Clean house and great location to town. Very easy to walk to everything. House had everything we needed for our family and young kids. Keep in mind there’s no onsite parking, but they do provide garage parking about a 10min walk away.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to USNA or Annapolis generally. Property is beautiful and well stocked, and it made for an easy stay

This was an absolute gem of a home in Annapolis. It met every one of our needs for our visit with our midshipmen for this quick weekend stay. We loved the backyard lit with string lights on the cool evenings, had meals outside and enjoyed the fall weather, the beds were extremely comfortable and we were missing nothing! We were able to do laundry while there, which was an added bonus! The only two aspects of the rental that weren’t ideal, yet were clearly stated in the description online, are the tiny bathroom and the remote parking. We made both work though, and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location neat City Dock, Main St, etc but also part of a lovely, historical residential neighborhood. The house was well stocked and the host was very responsive to questions and requests. We would stay here again.

Long Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway with our Friends/Neighbors who had never experienced Annapolis. Great location, could walk to everything downtown, very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Great to have a parking spot in the garage, since the neighbor hood parking was expensive, only wish it wasn't 1/2 mile away, But it was fine we only needed the car when it was time to leave.

Union House Review

Booked the Union House and another Itrip property for our Bridal Party the weekend of our wedding and had a great experience! Check-in was a breeze; the rooms were spacious and clean; the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook; and the location was awesome, extremely walkable distance from downtown Annapolis; and customer service was great. A gem in Annapolis

I recently stayed at this beautiful property for a few days. The accommodations were perfect for our weekend. The property is a short walk into the heart of old town Annapolis and USNA which important to me. The house was spotless, beds extremely comfortable, and cute backyard patio area where I could host some of son’s friends for a dinner….. well stocked kitchen too. I highly recommend this property. It’s a great place to stay if you have a midshipman at USNA.

Union House

This is a great property, very close to downtown Annapolis and USNA. The house was very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies needed to feed several midshipmen. Although the parking was off site, it was a very easy walk to the garage and so nice to not have to find street parking.
