This new listing was changed to a vacation rental with brand new furniture and amenities from 2022.

Free Breakfast at a restaurant located at the property premises.

Just a few minutes walk from the shore path and a 4-minute drive to Acadia National Park.

It is located on the main street of Bar Harbor, with all the town's popular restaurants in walking distance (2Cats, Royal Indian, Everyday Joe's, Havana, Choco-Latte, McKay's Public House, Bar Harbor Lobster Co., Salt & Steel, Cafe This Way, Pat' Pizza, Rias 2nd Act, Peekytoe Provisions, Bar Harbor Cheesecake Company).

The space
Centrally located, Newly renovated apartment, with two beautiful bedrooms (with a queen-size bed in each), a fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ), and a cozy lounge area.

A pullout couch in the living area can accommodate one person.

BREAKFAST Details: Free breakfast will be at the restaurant located at this property location. Coffee, one item from the breakfast entre'/sandwich, and one side will be provided.

Bar harbor stay

Really enjoyed Bar Harbor and Acadia National park, location was great for easy access to both.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and had new amenities. The location was great for walking around Bar Harbor restaurants and shops. We easily took the bus from town to Acadia and were only a short drive to the park when needed. There was a some street noise from downstairs but nothing that was too bothersome. No parking issues either.

Do you homework

Located above a gas station. Not the safest area for small children, and there is no deadbolt or ability to lock the door other than the key pad, lots of foot traffic on the adjacent street even late at night. Windows have to stay partially opened because of floor units for AC. Noise from street and commercial activity. Difficult to sleep in the common area because of street lights, really only 2 small bedrooms. The bathroom is tight, especially sink and plastic shower area. The pullout couch is hard to sleep in with the street lights and not comfortable. Most comparable to the motel next door, maybe check out reviews and prices there.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for staying with us during your vacation. Fully residential buildings are not allowed in downtown. The first floor always has to be commercial, at least in Bar Harbor. Being located in the downtown, our guests have loved the convenience of location, being in walking distance to all popular restaurants, in walking distance to free island shuttle and access to breakfast, pizza or laundry on-site. We have always advertised this apartment as centrally located. I am sure you may have received the address of the apartment right after booking. Bar Harbor is a pretty safe place, we have had no issues here regarding safety. We have been living here for several years and safety is one of the factor that we loved about this place. We rarely get complaints from guests about noise; we host hundreds of guests every year on this apartment. I hope you enjoyed your vacation in beautiful Acadia and Bar Harbor. Thank you
