Enjoy the island life. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the people, and the neighborhood. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Kick back and relax in this calm, waterfront open space cottage on the Wicomico River. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, and swimming off the pier. Located 45 miles south of DC on a 1 square mile island that has local restaurants and quaint grocery store. This cottage has vaulted ceilings with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a unique loft provides extended room for extra guests. It offers end-end kitchen with appliances for the best cooking and hosting-experience. Outdoor shower available. Kitchen offers High-end Thermador appliances including a 36" gas range, French door refrigerator, under counter dual drawer refrigerator, under county wine fridge, and dishwasher. Kitchen small appliances include Cuisineart 4 slicer toaster; Cuisineart dual function coffee pot of grounds and k-cup,; Ninja dual drawer air fryer; Insta-Pot; Ninja Professional Plus blender dual smoothie, processor, bullet;

This property was in great condition! The main living space is roomy with plenty of comfortable furniture. The back wall was nothing but sliding glass doors with a beautiful view of the Wicomico river.

Absolutely Spectacular!

This property was everything we hoped for and more. Impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just breathtaking — even better than the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. Every detail was perfect, and we loved every minute.
