Truly Perfect

This was our second stay at Perfect Pointe. It’s perfect for our family which is grown adult children, our grandchildren and my wife and I. Plenty to do with space indoors and out. Host very attentive to our needs. We already talked of booking again!

Wonderful experience

We gathered on Cobb Island for a family reunion and to celebrate the oldest family member's 90th birthday. Perfect Pointe was used as the gathering spot for everyone each morning. It worked out wonderfully , with lots of space for small groups to dit and catch up. We absolutely will rent it again.

Best location on Cobb Island

I have rented this house 4 times from the owner through VRBO and every time the house exceeds our expectations. The kitchen and master bedroom views of the sunrise are the best. I highly recommend this location

Perfect Pointe is Perfect

This is a beautiful property that is very accommodating. The deck overlooks the water and the house is well maintained with modern amenities. I highly recommend booking this property.

This was a wonderful "weekend away" for girlfriends

The property was superb. It was clean, very well stocked, with beautiful views. The property manager was wonderful to work with as well. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Cobb Island

This was a wonderful place. Lots of peace and quiet. We were here for our granddaughter wedding. 7 of us stayed and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our great grandson did some fishing and enjoyed the games.

Great location! Great house for a group.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the water. Nice outdoor seating and fire pit. The fishermen of the group loved that there were fishing poles available to use and the pier was one of their favorite spots. The house was great with lots of beds. The kitchen was well stocked for the little cooking that we did. Would definitely stay there again.

The Point is Perfect

This house has an amazing view from the master bedroom as well as the kitchen of the sunrise. We have stayed at this property twice and look forward to coming back next year. Eileen is great to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Wonderful home and host!

We had such a fantastic time ringing in the New Year at this house. The house is gorgeous--surrounded by water on 3 sides. The space is even better than pictured and is immaculate. The owner could not have been nicer to work with. She really went out of her way to make sure we had a great time (which we did). I highly recommend this spot!

Great spot

My family loved the house. My 5 year old caught his 1st,2nd and 3rd fish. At 1 point I was catching 2 within 10 seconds of every cast. Great spot for a family vacation. Thank you.

Family adventure with our two adult children and their families. Perfect Pointe met all our needs and more. The house had plenty of space and comfort throughout. Outdoors provided numerous opportunities for any number of interests. Definitely plan a return! The Kling Family.

The Cobb Island house

This is my 4th time coming back to this house. It never disappoints. Everyone loved the fishing, swimming, kayaking, sea glass hunting and all the places to sit and relax. No one was ready to leave come the end of the trip. I'm sure we will be back again.

Heaven on Earth at Perfect Pointe

We had many family members rent houses on the island for a celebration of life for my son, who passed a few months ago. This house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture (beds, too). The views are the spectacular and the ample windows allow all to see from every corner of the house. The outdoor area has multiple seating options and the outdoor cooking area is well set up for grilling, crab cooking, fishing poles, bikes, extra chairs, kayaks (single). We had everything we needed and more than enough supplies and toys. Host, Eileen was so accessible and helpful and she made us feel like it was our home for 6 days. We plan to return next summer. Thank you, for Perfect Pointe, an outstanding property!

This house really is PERFECT

Each bedroom having a door onto the balcony gives such a wonderful panoramic view of the Potomac AND the wicomico. There is perfect privacy on this corner of the island. The mimosa trees were all in bloom and it was a natural wonderland. I prefer the crab picking happens outdoors - there is a covered space for the picnic table so rain or shine there’s always a perfect spot for it. We had a perfect weekend!! Wish we never had to leave. Can’t wait to get back there.

Spending time with family

This property is idyllic!! We would live here full time if we could. The covered patio offers meals in the shade in the excessive heat and shelter in case of rain. Magnificent views and access to the balcony from every bedroom, and every room in the house! My family never tired of swimming, biking, kayaking and fishing. It is completely private, and the family even found quiet little corners to enjoy quiet moments away from each other! We look forward to our next visit.

Hidden Gem

The pictures and description don't even do this spot justice. It's absolutely stunning and the house is well maintained and set up for vacationing families. Our children enjoyed the yard but especially the little beachy spot where we spent much time building castles and looking for sea glass, shells and treasures. The views are just stunning, the property is private and spacious, the views expansive. We don't leave many VRBO spots with the intention of renting again but we would definitely return here. For us, a great benefit is the location only a short hour and a half drive from Montgomery County md

There’s no comparison - the privacy, the view, the amenities...

Such luxuries: The balcony has access from each bedroom. The The property is so private you feel like you’re a million miles away. The spacious covered patio allows shade and shelter for a rain or shine crab feast. The on-demand hot water heater helps when everyone returns from fishing - no waiting for hot water. The expansive kitchen sitting area and the wrapping porch give the family great gathering spots in comfort all day and all night long. Spectacular. Unsurpassed.

We bought a small cottage and then rebuilt the next year. Our family enjoys being here so much and so do all of our friends. We love it. So much to do and at the same time so much to NOT do!! Crabbing, fishing or just sitting, it really is a piece of paradise.
