Waterfront 7BR home located in prestigious Wind over Waves. Secluded pier with bench seating (privately shared with one other home) perfect for soaking in beautiful sunsets over Pamlico Sound. NEWLY ADDED for 2023 this house has stairs off the dock leading to a private kite surf and wind surf launch site that will accommodate an entire group.

The 1st floor game room of this home has a pool table, TV, wet bar and ice machine leading out to a crystal clear private pool, 6 person hot tub, outside pool bar, outdoor shower and deck furniture to accommodate large groups. Many luxury amenities complete this awe striking waterfront home, including a community boat launch into Pamlico Sound.

KiteHouse is the perfect place for your family and friends. The Atlantic Ocean is only minutes away with ample parking and 4WD vehicle access to the beach. You'll have the best of both worlds - during your stay at KiteHouse.

Good spot to kite

Great location to kite on the sound. Only concern was that the spa was not working. So for me it is not in line with the listing and too bad as it was in our « must » criteria when we booked.

Beautiful location

The house's location is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful quiet week at the house. We were close to the beach access and could enjoy the sound out our backdoor! Also, the Salvo day use beach was 2 miles down the road. Overall, the house is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only downside was a bit of minor maintenance is needed on some things in the house but that comes with rental. The week went too fast!

Beautiful sunsets!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The house was wonderful, the scenery was gorgeous, the whole family was able to stay together. In total we had 18 people stay at the house during our 2 weeks, plus 1 50lb dog, we all had ample room. We didn't feel like we were on top of eachother. The pool was perfect size for our family ranging from 2yrs old to 82 yrs old, everyone was able to enjoy the pool. Only issue was with the spa, I'd put in permanent steps, with a third step, makeing it easier and more stable to access the hot tub. I can not say enough about the beautiful sunsets. If you love to watch sunsets this is your place. Also perfect for wind sports, if you are active in watersports/ wind sports or if you enjoy watching them, this is the perfect spot. I would definitely recommend!!
