Bedroom #5 is disability friendly and is furnished with a King bed and has a village-facing covered deck. The attached bathroom has a roll-in shower and accessible sink. The laundry area is also located on this level with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Top Level: The top floor features the well-appointed chef's kitchen, main living and dining areas offering ocean views, a half bathroom, a large bedroom with a massive ensuite bathroom, as well as expansive ocean-facing decks. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a large dining area that seats up to 14. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
