Disappointed

We booked this room because it showed it had 2 full king beds in one bedroom which is what we needed. When we arrived there was only 1 bed per room. Not as advertised online. The check in process was horrible. It took us well over an hour to convince the staff that we were the people on the reservation. We ordered room service twice. Both times they sent our food to another group of people with "similar last names". We asked for new towels, they said someone would come by. That took 2.5 hours. Then they charged our card on file a cleaning fee that was already paid for when we booked through VRBO. They said it was their mistake and canelled it but it wouldn't reflect in our bank for 7 to 10 days. Overall i was very disappointed with our stay.
