Beach Bungalow located in award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 baths in this newly renovated home. It has a great back deck for relaxing of which half is covered so you can choose shade or sun. It also has a covered front porch. The kitchen is well stocked or you can grill outside. You can enjoy the waterpark in the summer along with the lazy river. Or you can escape to the beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the waves or gather sea shells or catch an amazing sunrise.

Families Must be 25 to Rent and renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. Home cannot be rented by someone on behalf of someone else.
Linens are included in rental fee. The linen service will provide sheet sets, along with towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a kitchen set and bath mats.
Pet friendly with pet fee...1 pet only/Max 25 pounds no exceptions
No Smoking
You must purchase $12 a day car passes directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes increase to $15 a day if arrival is 10 days or less from request.
No loud or vulgar language or music.

We had a great stay at your lovely house. Everything was perfect and as described in the listing. Golf cart option was great and operated perfectly. Check-in and check-out processes were both seamless and communication prior to check-in was great and very helpful. Linens (towels, wash clothes, sheets) were provided and service instructions were easy to follow. This is a great house with an amazing host. We looked forward to hopefully returning sometime soon.

Very nice porch and deck to sit and read or have coffee. Host was very helpful. Good space for the two of us and our small dog. Very clean. Master bed comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

It was advertised as remodeled. It hasn't been any time recently. It wasn't worth the price we paid. The outside needs power washed. It needs the weeds and landscape cleaned up. All of the furniture was stained and looked dirty. Very dirty. There was dirt in the corners and dirty under the furniture. The ceiling is filthy. The floor between the kitchen and living room is coming up. The park is nice but it desperately needs trash picked up everywhere. The whole park needs mowed and weeds cut down between the homes. It makes the whole park look bad when there is trash everywhere and the weeds and grass between the homes is so overgrown. The park flooded on days it rained, Park staff were always very nice and accommodating and the owner of the home was very nice as well. We have rentals and I know it can be hard to keep everything up but that is a necessity especially at the price we paid. We were disappointed this was our 35th wedding anniversary. We left earlier than we planned.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry your stay did not meet your expectations, especially while celebrating your 35th wedding anniversary. As we discussed by phone at check-in, we were already in the campground completing repairs to our homes between guests, which is a very small window on Saturdays during the summer. I did ask that you please let me know if you found anything additional that needed attention that we would take care of right away. I regret that we were not given that opportunity during your stay. When we went through the house we did not get to the outside furniture so I am very sorry to hear that was so dirty. That is a very popular area in the campground with a fair amount of traffic so we should have checked that as well while we were going through. I take your comments about cleanliness and maintenance inside the home seriously as well and will be reviewing those items closely. I appreciate your kind words about the park staff and myself, and I’m sorry your visit was disappointing. I do my very best to make the listing photos and details as accurate as possible so guests know what to expect before booking. Every winter for the past 3 winters we update another part of the home, bathrooms, appliances, hvac and/or furniture. We do strive for our guests to genuinely enjoy their vacations. I would also like to clarify that the landscapers had tended to our property just three days prior to your arrival. Some concerns mentioned regarding mowing, weeds, trash, and areas between other homes relate to the campground or neighboring properties, which are outside of my direct control, though I have shared those concerns with the appropriate parties. Typically Ocean Lakes takes excellent care of the grounds throughout the entire campground. The flooding was also the result of heavy storms during your stay, which temporarily overwhelmed drainage until the rain stopped and the system could catch up. Thank you again for your feedback. I work very hard to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every guest, and I appreciate your kind comments about my communication. Wishing you safe and happy travels ahead.

Great getaway 😋

I enjoyed my stay so much. The bungalow was great clean with a deck. The neighbors nice 3 minute walk to beach. Hostess Gina friendly answered my concerns quickly wanted to stay longer.

Nice little house in a good location!

This house was very clean when we checked in, it’s also in a good location. Room for 2 vehicles to park at the back. It has a nice back patio to sit out on in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and the hostess is very good about responding to any questions you may have!

Spring Break

Our first time visiting Ocean Lakes so we didn’t really know what to expect. The home owner was so kind and great with communication. We loved the house, just enough for our small family. Super clean and a perfect location inside the campground. We will be back for sure!!

Perfectly Cozy

We had an amazing trip! The owner, Gina, was very thoughtful and very responsive to questions. We had lots of rain during our trip so we enjoyed the sofa and eletric fireplace in the living room. The house was clean and well taken care off. Comfy beds and furniture. Would stay again!
