At Tubbs Hill - Walk to beach

Step out your front door and you'll be at the "gem of Coeur d'Alene", Tubbs Hill. Stay one minute from the lake, walk three minutes to peaceful Sanders Beach. Enjoy a five minute stroll to McEuen Park, the library, resort and downtown. Major stores within a 10 minute drive.

With comfort and simplicity in mind, this home has everything you need to take in the best our town has to offer. Whether a solo retreat, a couple's vacation, or a family trip, this is the place you’ve been looking for.

This house is a separate residence, connected by one garage wall. It faces the opposite street of the main house and has sat at the base of Tubbs Hill since 1978.

Apart from being central to all popular downtown destinations, convenience is not far with Trader Joe’s, Costco and Safeway all within a 10 minute drive.

Two collapsible single bed frames are also available upon request in advance. Pack and play also available. Strollers and additional children’s items may be available upon request.

You may hear pleasant noises during your stay as it is adjacent to the entrance to hiking trails and near public beaches. The property is adjacent to our main house, so you may also hear us and our family in our yard.

This was the best getaway for our family! It was a wonderful home and location for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others to stay at. We loved our stay!!! It was the perfect location and the house is so cute! It had everything we needed and was very tidy and modern! Comfortable beds too :) April was very accommodating in helping us with baby extras :) Would highly recommend!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in. This home is truly a home away from home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. So comfortable. The bed and linens are wonderful. It has everything you need. Across from Tubbs Hill Park. We saw wild turkeys and deer. A short walk to Sanders Beach and the lake. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown. Looking forward to staying here again !!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this excellent property. It is very spacious, neat and clean. The location was minutes from the beautiful lake and Tubs Hill (which has several hiking trails). The whole area is very walkable. The owners have made sure you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I only needed to contact owners several times and their response was almost immediate. We highly recommend the Sanders Beach Retreat and would definitely stay there again.

Everything we needed in a great location. Nice, clean and modern. Loved watching all the dogs going by on the trail across the street and the 1 hour hike on the trail was lovely. Just perfect for us.
