Condo was updated, very immaculate and obviously prepared for renters as it has everything you will need, including beach items and games. Keurig coffee pot, blenders and even games for the family to play. I will definitely come back here to stay again

Great stay at the beach!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. As a teacher, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy school year. I spent hours on the private balcony, taking in the stunning oceanfront views and listening to the soothing sounds of the surf—exactly what I needed to relax.The condo was just as described in the listing, and I was impressed by how clean and well-equipped it was. We cooked many of our meals here, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from utensils to plates to glasses. There was plenty of everything for our family to enjoy meals together. Additionally, the condo came with beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella—everything we needed for a day at the beach.The beds were very comfortable, and everyone in our group slept soundly. The bath towels were thick and luxurious, which was a nice touch. The Point East property itself is well-maintained, and the family-friendly pool area was a big hit with everyone. For families with small children, the kiddie pool with an umbrella is perfect. We also loved the large covered picnic area near the pool, which was a great spot to relax after swimming.Overall, this condo offers everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. I highly recommend staying here!

This place is so clean and so well equipped for cooking, swimming, or beaching. Smells great and so clean. Really enjoyed this location and would highly recommend it. We plan on renting this unit again! Great stay! Can't say enough how much we liked this place.

Great Family Beach vacation

We loved this unit because of the location and the comfort of the condo. The condo was exactly as represented in the listing. The owner contacted us before the stay and gave us everything needed to check in. The condo was clean and well appointed. The chairs in the condo are a combo of low and high and perfect for the beach. We would highly recommend this property to friends or would look to stay here again if back in the area.

Micro Managers/Borderline Harrassment

My whole family stayed at Point East. My 3 kids and Husband stayed in this unit. Then My father n law and his siblings and cousins and so fourth had rented their own unit as well. We got accused of smoking on property and stealing towels. We are all non smokers. The group of children at the pool were yelled at for being kids in the pool. The Property manager was not responding to messages/questions. & it just ended up being stressful and not easy to deal with.

Best Point East Condo!

This condo was absolutely charming. Every inch of the space is polished clean! The decor is perfect for setting the relaxing beach mood and the finishing are very high end! There are nice items to help you make the most of your stay such as games, big smart Tvs in each room, quality ceiling fans, Beach chairs and flash lights for ghost crab hunting. Everything about the unit just sang the thoughtfulness of the owner! Stacy made our stay amazing by being available to answer questions. We highly recommend this unit. It is the best in Point East by far!!

Spring has arrived in Florida

We stayed in this beautiful condo that is decorated so pretty, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The view while sitting on the balcony was amazing looking at the ocean and pool. We really enjoyed our time in NSB

This property is in a very well maintained facility. The pool and the grounds are very well maintained. The condo has everything you need for a beach vacation in the condo. The condo is decorated in a beach theme. The location is very close to everything you will need. If you want a relaxing beach vacation in NSB I would recommend this condo.

Perfect homey beach stay

This was by far the cleanest property that we have ever stayed at. The decorations were beautiful, all the necessities were there: including beach toys, five beach chairs, plenty of really nice beach towels, and a beach mat. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach! Sandy called the morning of our stay, and gave me very specific instructions for check-in. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable

The condo was clean, well organized, fully stocked with needs. The interior was very quiet when the doors are closed, allowing for a relaxing break from the noise of the ocean. The pool was well maintained and access to the beach was quick and easy. The shower coming off the beach was very welcome as well. My family and I were very satisfied with our stay and consider this to be a great value at the rates we paid.

The perfect little vacation

This property is fantastic and we had the best family beach vacation! You literally don’t need to bring anything but yourself because the unit is fully stocked with everything and more. This is such a perfect little spot on the no drive part of New Smyrna Beach with a laid back atmosphere. Stacy was a great host with wonderful communication, and she even left the sweetest welcome basket. (the kids loved it so much) We will definitely be back! My only suggestion for the property would be allowing the thermostat to be at a lower temperature. It is locked at a low of 73° which we found to be much too warm and not always a comfortable temperature, especially at night for sleeping comfort.

Great place one of the best in the complex

We had a fantastic stay! The host was very easy to communicate with from the time we booked through our check in. This place is by far the CLEANEST and most comfortable places we have ever stayed. In addition there were no details left behind. The kitchen was well stocked, closet with outside toys, beds were perfect and plenty of towels for our group. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a condo on flat, glittery beaches and close to many good restaurants.

Wonderful rental!!

This was an excellent location on the beach & is the first rental where no driving on the beach starts. There was plenty of room for our family of 3. The welcome package was much appreciated with snacks! The kitchen was was well-stocked with anything needed for cooking supplies, & accommodations were comfortable. It’s halfway between the National Park & Dunes Park if want to drive to either of those, which are both beautiful. The entrance down to the beach was actually completed on our last day there, so that will make it much easier for future guests.

Spring Break 2023

Our condo was a 5 star. Very clean, Quite, and Right on the Beach. Pool was enjoyable and nice to relax in during the evenings. Parking was easy. Host included many extras like snacks, beach toys/chairs, games, and dvds. Kitchen was fully stocked with paper towels, dishes, soap, laundry supplies, and even k-cups for morning coffee. When you visit this location all you need to bring is you clothes and food. All the rest will be there waiting on you. Once you visited this property you will know you have visited an upscale home away from home.

This is a very update property with all the amenities of the resort. You will have all you need and more when you stay at my property. When you arrive, you won't have to worry about unpacking before you can use the bathroom and the kitchen has paper towels, all you for the beach chairs and all kind of sand toys. If you have family that want to come at the same time, we would be able to accommodate you.

If you need something or wonder if something in the condo all you have to do is ask because it is already there and less you have to pack.
