This place is fantastic, couldn’t have found a better spot on the island. We all enjoyed every single second. It just feels like home. Spacious place for all of us. Sergio is so easy to talk to, he’s just like family. This house has everything and anything you need. Prime location and sunsets you will never forget.

Family Vacation

It was a really nice property and the owner included so many amenities! It is a bit further than a five minute walk to the beach but the golf cart was nice and you can buy a pass to drive on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes. The pool was great to jump in after a long day at the beach (showering off first, of course)Only things to be aware of:Golf Cart- there should be more directions about chargingThe lake- could have just been our weekend but it was way too windy to safely paddle board and the stuff growing on the ladder cut one guests toeThe beach- GET there before 9:00am! Gets crowded quickly on the weekendsOven- was very smokeyFridge- no ice maker for drinking iceWe would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The townhouse was in a great location, 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed having the golf cart as an option to go over to the beach.

Excellent location

The location was perfect. We could see water out of several windows. It was a short drive to the beach. There was a grocery store close by. There was a lot of space in the living area with a love seat and two couches. Excellent for watching football and playing games. My grandson was quite excited about sleeping in the top bunk. Plenty of beds and space. The remote in the living room didn’t work the first night and there were four in the living room the next morning. It was a special week to spend time together at the beach for the whole family.

House Hunting

The house is perfect for a large group. It’s close to the beach and the included golf cart was great for popping over for sunrise and sunset. There are so many great beach toys, chairs, life jackets in the garage. We are house hunting on the island so it was perfect for getting a feel for living on the island. I would highly recommend this house for your beach vacation!

Spacious with Extras!!!

The townhome is spacious and comfortable for up to 16; we had 14 show up — adults and children — with ample space. The kitchen is stocked and has a large island and large dining table, so plenty of room for gatherings! The king bedding in all rooms and the bunk room are very comfy! The upstairs pull-out sofa is not comfortable when pulled out, so we used it closed with the additional sheets and blanket that are provided. (The owner appreciated the feedback.) There are also sofas on the main floor with an extra set of bedding if needed. The golf cart died on the way to the beach twice, so we gave up on it. However, I let the owner know about this before we departed; he greatly appreciated the communication, and said he would trade it out for the next guests. Golf carts are a rare find in rentals, and I’m sure our luck was a fluke. The walk to the beach just takes 5 minutes, and we also took our truck, too, so no loss there. Though we ended up not using the extra toys, the owner also provides paddle boards, bikes, kayaks — also rare. We certainly appreciated all the extras and the excellent communication!

Summer 2024

We had nine of us staying from adults down to 7. We had so much room to roam around that we never felt like there were nine of us there. The owner was so responsive with a silly question I had. We would without a doubt stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this house. We loved the fact that there were the kayaks, paddle birds, chairs, and a fishing dock.

Great location beach house

Although the golf cart didn’t run fast enough to drive , the grill was broken, the bike had flat tires, the oven was filthy. We had a great time. The house itself was clean and spacious. The garage was a nice space to hang out and fishing off of the dock and watching the big birds dive bombing for fish was fun. Overall a great location and a great time.

Perfect beach house

Our family of 14 stayed here to see my niece graduate from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Everything was perfect! We had 3 comfortable King beds, kids bunk beds, AC was cold, walking distance to pool, grill, lawn chairs, and large kitchen and dining room. It was super clean and we even got to check in a little earlier. Plus check-out was easier than other places we’ve stayed at.

Great location.

Great location, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well equipped. We used grill with no problems, and granddaughter loved all the beach toys. Only suggestion would be to add some towel type bath mats, and maybe a front door mat to help reduce sand getting brought in on shoes. We would stay again.

Great house close to the beach

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was great that there were king beds for all of us and then the kids shared the bunk bed room. The beds and linens were comfortable. The home was well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots pans, etc. Came with a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. Needed to buy laundry soap and trash bags. Location of this home is perfect! The beach is super close and having the pool on sight was great for the kids. Overall loved this house and would stay again.

Awesome getaway

This home was perfect for my group of 7. Perfect location and great amenities. The host was quick to communicate and very easy to check in and out. I will be staying with him again and letting my friends and family know.
