This well priced family home is very well situated for all the major attractions, as well as an abundance of shops and restaurants.

Distances to attractions are as follows:
Walt Disney World - 10.1 miles
Universal Studios - 15.4 miles
Sea World - 10.0 miles
Nearest Beach (Cocoa Beach) - 61.2 miles

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured, you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $70 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.

Updated home, very clean!

This house was clean.and recently updated! we really loved the pool area. It has a privacy fence all the way around and some newer furniture! It has a great vibe with some small palm trees and the colorful light in the pool which made night time even better.we really felt secluded and it was nice to have some privacy. only 20 mins from the airport,Disney and Universal. Walmart , Publix and several restaurants are all near the home.

Fun family home

Great house, has everything you need and we especially loved the heated pool. House is in a great location, everything is a short drive away (Disney, Gatorland, target/walmart etc). We had a great time and it was nice to have access to washer/dryer, cleaning supplies within the home (travelling with kids). House was clean, process was easy, and host was easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend.

Super nice!

Owners were easy to get a hold of especially when hurricane Helene was near to making landfall. As we don’t get hurricanes, we were unsure as to what we needed to do. They were very reassuring! Privacy fence around the pool area and with the house at the and of a court made us feel like we were secluded from the rest of the city. Recommending this jewel to our friends for sure!
