Great location and beautiful condo. The pictures did not do it justice. The host was very quick at getting back to my emails. As I had seen him previous reviews, the front door was very difficult to maneuver. Also, the description stated that towels and sheets were included, but when I got the welcome letter, they were not included.

Good location and price!

It was a very spacious place and close to a lot! I am used to having very specific check-in and check-out instructions so I struggled a little with that—and I literally struggled with the door, but the owner was very helpful in talking me through opening it and I didn’t have many issues after that! The space could’ve been cleaner, as well, but I’d stay here again!

Fantastic Condo - Hope We Have the Chance to Stay Here Again

This is a very nice condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed at in the Rehoboth/Bethany Beach / Ocean City area. It was very clean, the location is excellent and the price was outstanding as well. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice, it is much larger that it seems on the photos. Jim could not have been nicer and responsive as a host. We hope that later in the Autumn that we have the opportunity to be able to stay here again.

Perfect, quiet location

This place was perfect for our weekend stay! A quick 5 min drive to Rehoboth Ave where all the events were taking place while we were there and conveniently located to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The only down fall would be fighting with the entry door lock and the closest parking spot to load and unload all our belongings. It was quiet, clean and family oriented with everyone talking to each other and kids playing ball in the street.

BD stay

The location and unit was exactly what we were looking for. Close to bike path and within walking distance to my sisters place. Didn't think about bringing bath mats, might want to add to the welcome letter.Faucet on/off in kitchen moves. Shower in master bathroom slow drain. Looks like sink in master bathroom is leaking under the cabinet. Refrigerator make noises. We did get the hang of the lock on door. I would recommend to others, just a few tweeks. James is very responsive.

Great weekend

The condo is in a great location. Owner was receptive to questions. Convenient to food and shopping. However, it had not been cleaned or vacuumed before we arrived. Entering the front door, you are hit with very strong musty/moldy smell emanating from the laundry/furnace room. Linens and towels were not provided. The front door lock is hard to open, which we had been told about beforehand, but it was VERY hard to open and only my husband could press hard enough to open it. The ice maker works but makes a very loud and annoying click several times a minute and can be heard throughout the house all day and all night. I emailed the owner regarding these issued but have not gotten a reply. Overall, it is a nice place...just not as clean as it should be.

*PSA must bring your own linen*Overall this condo was great. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient location to Rehoboth and Lewes. The owner did send our check in instructions a day or two before our arrival and has a whole letter with info and instructions. Included in that letter is the detail that you must bring your own sheets, towels, and toilet paper; the listing specifically states all of those things are included. We were fortunate to be able to pack those things last minute, but for anyone in the middle of a multi-stop trip or flying that could pose a huge problem. I sent a follow up message to the host that they need to correct the listing and why that could be a big inconvenience, but following that they stopped responding and I see the listing still reflects the inaccurate inclusion of those items a month later. Again, the place was nice. The kitchen was well equipped, the space was decent, and the location was great. We didn’t get to check out the pool or sports amenities so I can’t speak to those. The door was difficult as others stated, but it was workable. Just beware you will need to pack heavier than the listing describes.

Everything was good, except it took us long time to get into the house because the lock was difficult to open and the door wouldn’t stay shut without the deadbolt.
