The home was beautiful and as described and shown in pictures. The overall community was well maintained and pristine. The facility staff were very helpful.The area is geared toward families with younger children. It was too commercialized and crowded for us.

Lovely home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean upon arrival and we were very happy with the personal touches. We had a few questions prior to our stay and we received quick and friendly responses. Definitely impressed and would highly recommend!

Madaket Way vacation

Everything went well. Good communication from the agent. Property was as described. The facilities that were available were enjoyed by all. Would definitely go back. If the yard could be fenced in for the pets would be my only recommendation . The home was well appointed, grandkids enjoyed the play area.

No fences for dogs and complaining neighbors

We stayed for two weeks and brought two young, friendly, but rambunctious mini schoodles that were let out a couple of times and ran around the house, and barked, as dogs might. The houses are very near to each other and the backyard is shared. The neighbor put an angry complaint to the neighbors which I received through the management company about the dogs, which in my opinion reflects the frustration of people that buy a house to live, and our faced with neighbors who rent out their house to others. After we understood that the dogs have to be leashed at all times, we enjoyed our time. The complaint from someone about the garbage stinking up the garage is real - there has to be a better way. Still, we would rent the house again. We loved everything about it. VERY well appointed, beautiful house. Congratulations.

Good location, Nice Community Clubhouse

New home in Coastal Club Community. First encounter was smell of trash cans filled to capacity left in garage. Upon reporting the smell to property manager, his solution was to wait for trash day on Wednesday, which caused us not to be able to use the garage due to the smell, (or he could refund us a check). Besides the trash smell and a few minor housekeeping issues, the home was nice. 5 bdrms, 3 Tvs (1 in living room, upstairs loft & downstairs game room). The downstairs area is good if you have kids or teens, a futon, 2 bean bags, TV & games (we didn't use because we are seniors). A nice large space for younger people. No outdoor deck or patio as of yet, assuming because property is new. They do have outdoor furniture in backyard but we didn't use. The resort at the Clubhouse was very nice. Included pools, swim up bar, hot tub, gym, etc. We enjoyed the happy hour. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and nice. The location was just a short drive to Rehoboth, Outlets & Bethany Beach.

Amy thank you for the review. We always appreciate renters leaving us reviews. However, I would like to clarify a couple items. Upon arrive to the house Amy sent several text messages all within 20 mins time period. One of the messages stated, "The house is "NEW" as you said but the house is DIRTY!!!!" Another message stated, "there is NO WAY housekeeping came today." I was tied up dealing with another issue and finally after the 4th text message I able to call Amy and asked what the issue was regarding the cleaning. As I know the cleaners were there. She told me there was some trash left in a couple cans and the main floor bathroom was dirty. I told her I will reach out to the cleaners. Sometimes they're human and miss things. I reached out to the cleaner and called Amy right back by she did not pick up. I texted her that the cleaner will be at the house within 20 mins. When the cleaner arrived, Amy continued her statements that the house was not cleaned. The cleaner stood in the doorway asking for Amy to please show her what was dirty. After the cleaner asked for the 4th time another one of Amy’s guests jumped in and stated, “Amy are you going to show her what you’re talking about?” Amy finally led the cleaner to a 1st floor bathroom and showed the cleaner a piece of trash in trash can. The cleaner apologized emptied the trash in that bathroom and one that was missed in the kitchen. Regarding Amy’s complain about the trash in the garage. The previous renters did NOT put the trash out on trash day. We have a section in our house binder about trash & recycling and we also place a huge sign directly on the refrigerator to remind guests to PLEASE put the trash out. Coastal Club’s trash pick up day is Wednesday and we instruct via the sign to place the trash out on to the curb on Tuesday night. I apologized to Amy about the trash in the garage. We try everything to remind renters to PLEASE put the trash out. As the old saying goes, “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink.” Trash is always an ongoing issue when renters don’t put it out AND don’t have to deal with the next week’s group.

Pleased with the experience

There was an issue with the fire detector in one of the bedrooms but when the property manager was made aware of it the issue was corrected promptly. Overall pleased with the stay!

Breaking in new house in Lewes!

Beautiful new house with all the amenities that a renter could want for vacation. Home decor was very tasteful with a nice touch for younger kids or teenagers. Home office was very convenient to send out last minute emails or sipping on morning coffee. 10 minutes or less to the local beaches in Lewes, shops and restaurants. Would highly reccommend this property to all that love vacationimg at the beach!
