There are two bedrooms on the main level (one with a king bed and one with a queen), and two more upstairs — including a spacious king bedroom and a fun kids’ room with bunk beds. The children's room is a guest favorite, complete with a TV, indoor swing, glow-in-the-dark Nugget, and a variety of games and toys to keep little ones entertained.
The newly renovated bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. Downstairs, the freshly painted basement offers additional space for relaxing or spreading out.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:
- Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, we include Safely’s damage insurance for just $10 per night. This provides added protection throughout your stay, helping ensure a worry-free experience for you and the property.
- Rental Agreement: To complete your booking, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement. For stays over 30 days, a residential lease will also need to be signed.
- Respect the Community: Please be mindful of neighbors — no loud music or late-night parties.
- House Rules:

- Energy Use: Please turn off lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before checking out.
- Grill Use: You’re welcome to use the charcoal grill! While we don’t supply charcoal or gas, you may use any left behind by previous guests. The grill must be monitored at all times, and **guests are responsible for cleaning it after use.**
- Reporting Issues: If anything is damaged or needs extra cleaning, please notify the host right away so we can address it promptly.
