River Side Cottage - Downtown

Welcome to the River Side Cottage in Charlevoix! This is our special place to make memories and enjoy this incredible area and we hope it becomes yours as well. Originally built between 1906 and 1911 this historical cottage was completely renovated in 2023. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few hundred feet away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. You can wave to the passengers on the Beaver Islander from the front porch! Plenty of parking available in the driveway or out front in the city parking spaces. All of downtown is within walking distance.
Please note there is a 7 night minimum stay May through September.
There is a $1,000 refundable damage deposit that will be collected 1 day prior to arrival and refunded 5 days after departure.

Family Vacation

We could not have been happier with our stay at Pine River Lane. The home was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Also a very spacious home, so perfect for two families. Our host was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can’t be beat with walking distance to downtown, steps to the beach, and a short drive to skiing. We are already looking forward to a return stay during the warmer months.

Beautiful property in ideal location!

We had the most amazing stay with our group of friends on a ski trip. The design of the property is stunning and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably. You also can’t beat this location when planning a trip to Charlevoix in all seasons as it’s within walking distance to the beach and downtown attractions. Would definitely stay again!
