1700s stone farmhouse villa + 2 apartments on 10 acres for 10 guests. With pool!
First time host, but an expert renter :) Thank you for giving or beautiful farmhouse a chance -- Come stay with us a while! Our farmhouse was built in the 1700s and recently remodeled. The main villa (2 floors with 1 king bed + 1 sofa sleeper, and 2 bathrooms) is made of local stone with thick walls that keep the cool in summers, and the warm in winters. The two pool apartments (ground floor with 1 queen bed + 1 sofa sleeper in each, and 1 bathroom in each) are about 100 feet away from the main villa, just up the driveway. WiFi throughout and AC in all the bedrooms. Enjoy the peaceful nature on our land, hiking trails, nearby villages, peace & tranquillity. Come explore what The Green Heart of Italy (Umbria) is all about!

I recently had the fortune to partner up in purchasing a beautiful historic farmhouse in Giove, Umbria (CasaleDelleQuerce) which is now officially listed here as a vacation home for you to enjoy! :) I look forward to answering any question you might have about the farmhouse, and to meeting you!

The beauty of Casale Delle Querce is not only in its historic charm (the main villa was built in the 1700s and is as solid now as it was back then... stunning!), but in its location too. We are only one hour and 15 minutes from Rome's airport (FCO) and only 25 minutes away from Orvieto. Montepulciano in Tuscany is just 1 hour north of us and Civita Di Bagnoreggio is just 30 minutes away. We are immersed in the beautiful green hills Umbria is known for, yet we are so very close to so much! You can even drive to the local train station 5 minutes down the hill, to then take the train to visit major places such as Florence for the day... I just love it here so much. It is calm and peaceful, with only the birds and the breeze in the air, while being close to villages and cities, with lots of bars and restaurants too. I look forward to hosting you!
