Spend your days in the sun on a large patio that offers mountain and golf course views from the pool and spa. The nearby E. Palm Canyon Dr. shopping center has various options to please everyone, from steak lovers to vegans. Get active with horseback riding or hiking two miles away. Indian Canyon has a trail that is good for all ages and experience levels. Spend an afternoon at the Palm Springs Art Museum, or support local artists at the local galleries and boutiques.

Outdoor spaces are essential for enjoying all the desert has to offer. Your home is located on the south end, with low winds, so nothing will stop you from lounging by the pool. In the evening, fire up the gas grill on the 1,500-square-foot patio and dine as the sun sets behind the mountains. The pool and spa mean you can go for a late-night dip.

The 2,300-square-foot living space has playful art and colorful accents. Blue kitchen cabinets mingle with pink bar stools for a fun breakfast spot stocked with all the cookware and appliances needed, including a Wusthof 18-piece knife set and a Calphalon Elite Nonstick 15-piece cookware set. Create a cocktail with ample space to mix and serve on white quartz countertops. There is also an outdoor bar with a sink and ice machine.

After a day of fun, retire to your living area. Turn on the 60-inch smart TV or gas fireplace, and kick up your feet around the large sectional.

The primary suite features direct access to a private 550-square-foot patio. The en suite bathroom includes a shower and a separate soaking tub. The guest bedrooms have smart TVs and patio access.

Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect weekend getaway

This home provided the perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4. The property is in an excellent southwest location. Well maintained home, situated on a corner lot that backs up to a golf course. The neighborhood is also well maintained and very quiet. Easy location to drive to anywhere in the area. The home is clean, well equipped. The pool is excellent (although heating was not quite as comfortable as we'd like - spa was fine though) The backyard layout is perfect and relaxing. Lots of towels, kitchen items. Mattresses are all on the soft side (we prefer firm) but it was not a deal breaker. Communication with property management was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected

Property was better than the photos would suggest. Great neighborhood for walking. Pool was great (once the heat was turned on) and the amenities were as well. A bit disappointed that they don’t have bikes available for use but that was a small negative. Also, the owners didn’t want the A/C set below 74 deg. Something to consider if you like it cooler. We had a great time at this location and would stay here again.

Could be great but poor management made it atrocious

This is a potentially great house that his horribly managed. There is terrific pool with a great shallow end for kids and a nice house with plenty of room for a family. Now, the volume of problems: 1) I was double billed for the stay and while not a big deal, and it was eventually credited, in conjunction with all the problems we had this became one of many. 2) no pool floats, bikes, games or accessories or any sort like at almost any rental, especially at this price point. 3) House was not ready when we arrived despite getting there after the check-in time. Housekeepers were there, not wearing masks or taking covid protocols despite us asking them to do so and having young children. Instead of explaining they were running behind they rushed through leaving the house not fully cleaned and many areas, such as the outdoor furniture and some table surfaces filthy. 4) The alarm went off all through the night our first night making sleeping a non-event. 5) Multiple lights either flickered or did not even have bulbs. 6) An unknown person just walked in to the house on our first full day there, unannounced, no knocking nothing, just came in through the locked garage entrance to the house. Luckily I did not call the police. She said the owner sent her. I said for what and she didn't know. I called Turnkey Vacations and they said she was not authorized to be there and they'd call the owner. 7) There was a hornets nest in the eves of the house the result being hornets flying around everywhere throughout the pool area. I called several times and Turnkey Vacations said they'd send somebody out, they never followed up and on our last day somebody put up a plastic bag bee trap, without the "bait" to even make it work. They also reported that they removed the hornets nest, that was a total lie as not only was the nest still there, so were the hornets. 8) In addition to the multiple security surveillance cameras at all entrances there was a surveillance camera in the pool/outdoor living and dining area. The city of Palm Springs said this is not allowable and VRBO says on their website says this is not allowable. Turnkey Vacations told me "we understand your frustration". 9) An eroding baseboard in the kitchen from water damage with wood debris spilling on to the kitchen floor. After I asked Turnkey offered a very nominal credit but not at all worth the volume of problems, all of which were avoidable if this were properly managed and maintained.

Bare necessities and lipstick fix up

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this through home and villas Marriott and it definitely doesn’t live up to the brand. This is more of an airbnb quality listing. There were no soap, shampoo, hand soap. No paper towels, toilet paper was one per bathroom. Paint rollers were left in yard, like they just recently painted for the pics you see. House is old and no thought was given to guests. No board games, no pool toys. Picture of floats not provided. Ac wasn’t on to received us upon check in. It was 102 outside and walked into a hot house. Toilets weren’t working. They didn’t want to come fix it until the next day. Had to persuade them that we needed functioning toilets. They did come fix it after a discussion. But that’s not cool! It should of been functioning before we got there. And when I told them it wasn’t working, they should of came to fix right away and not try to push it to the next day. Bare basic, for $1300 a night. I expected some standards.

Quite Impressed!

What a wonderful property to stay at, it was just me and my husband looking for some relaxation and down time. The house was amazing, so cute, so much style- really up our alley! The backyard and privacy was just wonderful, the pool, jacuzzi- the landscape- just really kudos to whoever put the thought into everything. We loved every moment there, especially the quiet, and closeness to downtown Palm Springs! Just a short drive down the road. Thank you!!!!! We had an incredibly relaxing time and that was our goal!

Excellent back yard

This house was perfect, especially the back yard. BBQ, pool with spa, lots of seating, and complete privacy. The house has a great mid-century modern style and decor. The location is great, just a 5 minute drive to downtown.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property & a great area! We actually just stayed at the place all weekend and didn't venture out. Such a great indoor/outdoor place, tons of space. Beautiful ascetics, the house is fully stocked, the pool & spa were perfect. Ralphs 1 mile down the road & downtown PS is close. Outdoor lighting didnt work, but we made due with pool lights/ indoor lights.

Beautiful house in Palm Springs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is fabulous and very clean and we had a great stay there.The listing says the bikes in garage are not for guest use but doesn’t mention the float in the picture -we were told by the turnkey rep who came to fix the pool heater that we could use the floats but learned later that the floats are not for guest use -so be sure to bring your own if you are expecting a float. We were disappointed to find that a dog had been in the house because we always look for properties that are pet free (as this one claims to be) because of our daughter’s severe allergies. I think there should be a note about this in the listing to protect those with allergies. We were also disappointed that turnkey representatives came to fix a couple of things without wearing masks (inside the house while we were home).Otherwise everything was great at this house and I would highly recommend it.

Much needed get away!

Our experience was stellar! We loved all the comforts of home while still feeling like we were away on vacation. The pool was an absolute dream and all functions easy to use. The home was roomy enough (6 of us) that all of us felt like we had enough privacy. The kitchen was well stocked beyond what we could have ever needed for cooking and hosting. We had an absolute blast, and hope to come back again.

Great Getaway!

Wonderful short getaway with family. The house was very clean and was a good representation of online photos. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable for the 4 of us. The patio/pool area was awesome which is where we spent most of our time. Would definitely stay again.

What an Amazing Stay!

The home is located in a quiet Palm Springs neighborhood close to town and activities. It is well appointed and tastefully decorated in a contemporary Palm Springs style. My mother was born in England and especially loved the picture of Queen Elizabeth in the living room. We spent most of our time by the pool and spa. This area was very private and relaxing and had amazing mountain views. In the evenings we were able to cook in a nicely equipped kitchen, and enjoy family meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone had their own televisions which suited my family perfectly. Turnkey provided excellent communication to us and made the whole experience very easy! Thank you for a very memorable family reunion!

We LOVE this house!

We rented this house for a friend’s Bday weekend. We’ve stayed here several times before for the location and incredible mountain views. The sunsets are epic. The owners have upgraded the entire pool, spa and back yard with an outdoor bar and ice machine, fire pit, built-in bbq grill and pool/ water fall feature. The hedges are at least 3 feet taller now and new privacy gates have been installed. It feels like a completely private compound now! Oh... and there are new electric awnings covering the entire back patio to provide lots shade. We lived in the back yard our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back.... one of the best properties we’ve found in the Indian Canyons neighborhood. Super chill space with fun art and Palm Springs vibe.

Nice place IF the pool and hot tub worked

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a week earlier this year and we're excited about it based on the online pictures. We were disappointed pretty quickly. We attempted to use the pool right away and were let down because it is very cold. It may be okay on a really hot day but not for long just a quick dip to cool off. We then attempted to use the "hot tub" however it was colder than the pool. There is a control panel in the house with instructions how to turn the hot tub jets on however as soon as we did it tripped the electrical panel which then killed the lights in the master bathroom so we ended up getting ready for bed in the dark that evening. This happened repeatedly our entire stay. The following day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone out the day after who did his best to rectify the situation and did temporarily until the panel tripped again and shut everything down yet again. We did not use the hot tub once the entire week. Interestingly we were also the ones who received a box of parts for the pool pump while staying here. They obviously know the place has issues. There is an automated retractable awning that has absolutely no instructions on how to operate and only after calling the property manager and having their representative come out the 2nd time did he figure it out. What could be a great place is less than average and I would never recommend this place. With all the other options out there do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. I was assured by the property management company we would be receiving reimbursement for the poor experience but that has not happened. Don't stay here, just don't.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house in a great location. The turnkey people are super nice and great to work with. They get back to you right away and they fix any problems with the rentals. We called them to help heat up the pool(was not heated when we checked in) and they came over that day. They also helped with the TV's, brought a blender over(one in house was broken), and brought over fresh towels right away. Couple notes on the house itself. TVs are all smart TV's but they have locked down the "smart" features-Netflix/hulu/youtube etc. Was no big deal. Pool gets a little chilly so the temp should be set for a comfortable stay. again, turnkey was great that they helped heat it up asap. it was great to check in early, but we learned that the actual front door, is not where you should be entering. so even though they provide an entry code, when you get in the house, the instructions clearly say you cannot "enter" thru the front door. We figured it out after the first day. The BBQ was a little older and not too clean, but again, Turnkey even offered to replace it right away. It was fine for us for our stay. the bedrooms are nice and clean. master bedroom does not have dresser drawers but rather in the closet "shelves" to put your clothes. Overall though, the house itself was really cool. We lived in the back yard most of the time and it is very scenic and relaxing and well kept up. no problems with neighbors or anything and we played music during the day and at times early evening . nothing too loud.

Everything and More!

Where do I even start?! This house was beyond gorgeous, in a great location, and decorated to the nines. Jonathan was incredibly helpful and responded quickly with any question we had during our stay. With the pool and the views, we hardly wanted to leave the house!
