Tiana was the most responsive and accommodating hostess that we have ever had at a VRBO. I would definitely rate this as our favorite stay! The condo was clean, walking distance to downtown. The pool and grounds were awesome and so clean! Everything was perfect! Thank you thank you thank you!

Fantastic location

This is a nice little condo in an unbeatable location within a short walking distance of everything in downtown Palm Springs. Basic but very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay including a BBQ on the patio that we got a lot of use out of. The complex is really nice with 2 pools. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for access to Convention Center events. Host easy to contact, helped with how to work Nest thermostat as this was new to me. Quite location easy pool access. Shout out to grounds keeper who helped me locate my phone !

Great location near downtown Palm Springs

Our 2 weeks in Palm Springs was lovely and this condo location near the pool and access to gates, parking and downtown was helpful. The unit was well appointed and clean and the king bed very comfortable.

Great space and location

Clean comfortable condo, pool outside the front door and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and casino. Short drive to several attractions. It was perfect for us!

Great location in town

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed the proximity to the pool, nice large patio to enjoy coffee in the morning, well stocked in all areas of the condo. A few blocks to the main downtown area. Very responsive property manager, totally enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

Convenient Location

Well-equipped small condo. Very comfortable bed with great amenities. We were in Palm Springs to hike so didn’t stay at our condo much. A great location with a lovely pool and hot tub. A quiet environment. It was great for us!

Beautiful condo in beautiful Palm Springs

The condo cannot be beat it’s so clean and comfortable The grounds are immaculate and it really is close to everything we are sad we have to go but we definitely will be back There was simply no downside to our vacation

Downtown Gem

Located in a well kept condo complex wih two swimming pools, the condo was clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. Close to Koffii and restaurants. Nicely located to be able to walk to most places in the downtown area.

My husband and I were very pleased with this property. Tiana, the owner, was easy to work with and helpful. The condo was well kept and had all the necessary items. The grounds were meticulously kept and the pool was only steps from the condo. We highly recommend it!

My new Palm Springs home

The property was a dream. The unit was steps away from the pool, and a few easy blocks from the Palm Canyon downtown area. The unit was well stocked and the grill on the patio was a welcome addition. I can’t wait to return.

So Many Great Reasons...

*Tiana was incredibly responsive. We had two minor issues and her response and help were immediate! Nice person as was the housecleaner! *Location was excellent! *The unit itself was clean and the proximity to the pool was great. *Grounds and pools very well maintained and pretty. *The complex was amazingly quiet! *Everyone was very friendly. *Having a grill on the patio and our own washer and dryer were nice additions. *Appreciated the easy access to our parked car when we needed it. We mainly walked everywhere around downtown. Again, great location! *Would love to stay gain.

Disappointed

It was advertised as "Mountain View, tastefully decorated" and it was neither. There's nothing on the walls except a clock and a screen. When we reported that the TV did not work an engineer familiar with it came over and spent 15 minutes to get it to work. It would take me longer than that so we didn't watch TV. The engineer had to make 2 more visits to fix things. The hot tub broke on our 3rd day and wasn't repaired before we left from our 2 week stay. The unit is cold, dark and poorly lit. It has uncomfortable furniture. I will avoid "pet friendly" rentals in the future because making it pet safe means no rugs and nothing nice. The kitchen had the smell of old cabbage. When we contacted the host about a new problem we were blamed for not telling her about the problem sooner. We liked the central location And met friendly people by the pool.

Nice condo in great location

Pros: Location (walk to downtown, unit close to pool/spa, casino is just across street) Complex (nice pool/spa area, tennis courts, pretty grounds with citrus trees, ) Unit (kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, bed was comfortable) Communication (owner very pleasant and responded quickly to inquiries) Cons: Some aspects of condo are slightly dated (although the furniture has been upgraded since photos were taken); Place could use a deep clean (wash windows, purge cabinets/drawers, etc.) Overall we very much enjoyed our week, and would definitely rent again.

Great Suite in an awesome location

This one bedroom suite is in a great location right by the new casino. The pool and hot tub are steps away from the front door. Bonus was the BBQ on the patio which was not listed in the add the suite had everything we needed. I could not have asked for a better host. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.
