Designed by Charles DuBois for the Alexander Construction Company in 1960 and thoughtfully remodeled , this home offers an ideal blend of classic style and modern comfort. The landscaping and pool deck were updated in 2022, including a new firepit.
Step inside to find four king bedrooms, bold colors and prints throughout, lofty post-and-beam ceilings, a gas fireplace with a chimney of exposed stone, and a bar where you can mix martinis each evening. Through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors is the backyard oasis, which can be accessed from the great room, the dining room, the media room, and the main bedrooms. Go hiking in Tahquitz Canyon three miles south, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west, or tee off at one of the countless world-class golf courses that the area is known for.

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
