The moment you arrive at 723 Virginia Rail you will feel instantly relaxed, this calming home is accentuated with neutral colors, plentiful light, and an open, airy floorplan. This charming four-bedroom, four-bath coastal home enjoys a quiet marsh side setting just beyond the second gate. The beach is a short walk away as is Osprey Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, the Egret Pond fishing dock, and Marsh Island Park Observation Tower. Dining, shopping are all a quick bike ride along the Island's trail system.
Abundant windows illuminate the interiors from top to bottom and frame marsh views to the back and lagoon view to the front. Sophisticated details, such as shiplap and wide-plank hardwood floors, accent the bright, airy interior spaces and create a welcoming home. Spacious chef's kitchen to cook and entertain in.
The primary living space is designed for comfort and convenience with an open concept plan and access to outdoor living. Two walls of glass doors brighten the space and provide direct access to both the screened porch and the pool deck.
Four ensuite bedrooms provide generous and comfortable sleeping quarters. A guest suite on the main level offers dual vanities and a walk-in shower as well as lagoon views while two additional guest rooms upstairs each have a private bath. The master suite is located upstairs with marsh views and a large bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Surrounded by native palms and live oaks, this home's outdoor living space is well designed for enjoying the natural setting. A screened porch is ideally situated near the kitchen for al fresco dining. The rear deck surrounds the pool (can be heated for $175 per day, four day min required) and has ample space for grilling and relaxing.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.
