Great stay in a small, cozy house. Very responsive host. Clean and usable kitchen. Not recommended for people that have trouble with stairs as stairs are fairly steep. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Sister’s Celebration of life

Adorable, comfortable, clean house with excellent communication from the hosts. You should be able to navigate stairs easily if using the upstairs bedroom, as they are high and the only bathroom is downstairs. Very enjoyable stay during a difficult time. :)

Hickory house review

Owner was flexible and responsive. Appreciated the neighborhood and location. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had all we needed. Grill and patio furniture in backyard. Had a great stay here.

Laura is a wonderful host. I have stayed here so many times this year and Laura has been nothing but a great hostess and very easy to get a hold of if needed. I love this place and would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay

The Hickory house is an excellent place to stay while in Dayton. It is conveniently located to many different areas including Dayton University, hospitals, and the Oregon district. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again.

Great place to stay

Nice cute house. Clean and comfy. Really comfy beds, good hot shower with water pressure. We weren't there for very long but the back yard, kitchen and laundry would have been great had we needed them. Parking is on the street but we had no trouble parking with in a couple houses. Felt safe and secure. Road noise was minimal.

Made to feel at home

Property was as stated. We were greeted with cookies and brownies with Dayton university on them. We were there for parents weekend. Enjoyed our stay! Would rent from them again.

The host was amazing and the property was so homey, welcoming and so clean and our host Laura left us the most amazing brownies, along with other snacks and water. This house is very cute , cozy for a couple. Up to date appliances , all amenities was supplied that was needed. Great card games . Lots of restaurants near to drive or walk Great patio for spring and fall out back . Plenty of shade out back with a gas grill With table and chairs Very quite neighborhood We will Stay there again next year for WGI competition
