Brand new, modern private room with lots of space and KING size bed. Free parking on premises.
Free coffee, water bottles, complementary beer, free shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. Located 20 minutes from strip, 15 minutes from fremont.
This private suite has it's own entrance and door lock codes which you will be provided before arrival. It is located in very safe and low trafic area. There is a dog on property that has NO access to the guests in any way.

I never met the host so I cannot comment on that. The room was clean and looked similar to the photo. It was pretty quiet. Every bedroom needs at least one chair and this one had none. At a minimum, please put two folding chairs in the closet. Also the TV did not work for me and since I was staying 5 days it was missed. Please check on that. It may be as simple as new batteries in the remote. It would be helpful to know in advance of arrival, that Farm Street has random culdesacs that are also numbered with the same address as Farm street.

The accommodations were somewhat unsatisfactory. The cleanliness of the floors and baseboards was subpar, and my sleepwear acquired an unusual odor. Additionally, a blind broke upon operation. Communication with the host was notable; I found their responses to be somewhat impolite, though this may simply be their communication style. I would not personally adopt such a demeanor when acting as a host. Despite these issues, the location fulfilled its basic function as a place to rest and prepare. The area is secure and easily accessible. Overall, it aligns with expectations for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit attached to a main residence with a private entrance. Noise transfer between units is quite noticeable.

Room was clean and spacious for up to a couple. The room did need a table, whether that be temporary such as a folding TV table/tray. There is no need for two small refrigerators, one is sufficient. A small table and chair would have been nice.

This was perfect for what I needed. It was simply a place to sleep, shower, and safely store my belongings. The room came with many extra amenities that would benefit someone spending more time there. The location was safe, quiet, and private but was just five minutes from any store or restaurant you could desire. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Nice, quiet, clean. Suggest you plan on bringing wash cloths, extra toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and luggage rack(s). That said, we would stay here again.

Property not used

We did not utilize the location as it is listed as a suite and is, in reality, just a bedroom and bathroom. The refrigerators are much too small for us due to medications we have that requires refrigeration. It was also a small area for us.

Convenient location

Easy access and convenient location in Centennial Hills area. Safe quiet neighborhood but parking is not on premises but on the street in front of the house. Room was very clean but sparsely decorated. No table or chairs and no washer or dryer as listed in property amenities. This was definitely a problem when we planned on it staying 10 days. While linens and towels were clean they are dated , think 70’s. No bath mat to stand on, purchased one and left it for the nex guest. Would stay again, now that we know what to expect. Host very responsive through text messages. guest.

Good but not great

It was a perfect location, easy access and communication was great. Great price. Overall pretty good. No seating except the bed. No washcloths (?strange), no luggage rack or anywhere to put luggage for access to items except on the floor or on and off the bed. Some items listed as amenities were not there- dining table, washer/dryer, no temp. control except to open the door. Bedspread trim hanging in a few places and no blanket for cooler nights. OK and no real complaints, just missing items to make it a place you could refer someone to or really want to come back to.

A Place to Lay Your Head

Don’t have a lot to say about this property. Nice to have a place to stay on our way through to Yosemite. No welcome book/sheet and bathroom baseboards could use a wipe-down.

Review of room

The room was clean at first site , but the floor needed to be mopped and the sheets should be clean and not with tears in them and feeling of ruffness. TV could be bigger. Otherwise it was quite and good enough to leave an overall rating of 4stars .

This property had no local channels on their tv to watch the Super Bowl like CBS. Other than that ok.
