Romantic getaway ideal for two or small family. Starboard by the Sea 15E is a special place that offers many great features. This renovated condo has two floors of living space with private second floor loft bedroom containing both a queen and double bed, along with private bath. A laid back living room with couch and loveseat to chill or watch smart TV. Laundry is also on site. Sit out on the private deck with comfy patio set to relax and hear the ocean that is just steps across the way. A private beach entrance brings you by the oceanside pool and rocking chairs. Other amenities include 2 tennis courts and 2 additional private pools, Walk the Starboard pathway along Jenks Creek and take in the spectacular sunsets. Great eats of all kind in the area, close to grocery, airplain rides, ATV and boat rentals. OR, just relax on our little slice of paradise! Bed linens included but you need to bring your own bath and beach towels please:)

The condo is perfectly located by the beach. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Coco is an excellent and responsive host. We didn’t use the pool but we passed it on our way to the beach.

We visited Cocos place for our 4 year olds birthday weekend. The place was so cozy and welcoming upon arrival and she even had a cute little gift waiting for our girl! Everything was very clean which is always huge to me. Coco was very kind and quick to respond throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again on our future trips to OIB! Thank you Coco!

Fantastic location

The location and proximity to the beach is prefect, just steps away from the pool and 3 mins from the park by car or golf cart. It’s the prefect house for small family or a couples get away. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Our family cherishes this slice of heaven at OIB. Our home is used to decompress from the very busy daily grind of work and life. We enjoy all the great Island locations to sun, surf, fish or just hang out together. We are very blessed to share our home and enjoy hearing about all the great moment our guests have had over the last few years.

We find OIB to be a very chill Island with welcoming, friendly neighbors around Starboard. The Starboard neighborhood is comprised of all age groups and families, making for a fun mix of events and activities. Folks are genuinely happy here!

There are a lot of great properties in and around OIB. We are fortunate that our home is so close to the private beach entrance and is just simply set up for fun. We are responsive owners that take pride in keeping the home clean, having everything in good working order and we truly care about a positive experience for all who share our home. In spite of so many great options to stay on the Island, we feel that our guests who come year after year appreciate all that we have to offer.
