The space is private from the main road, and comes with all necessities: a full kitchen, ample parking, outdoor seating and barbecue, + coffee & treats! There is a noise monitor both inside and outside of the home, which does not record voices, but decibles to deter partying.

This house has everything….perfect layout..plenty of space…space for mat workouts, quick walk to downtown Nevada City, quiet and friendly neighborhood, comfy beds, tub and a walk in shower, back-up power generator, comfy couch, warm blankets….only thing it needs is a coat rack at the entrance (looks like there used to be one there)..helpful during the cold rainy months. Highly recommend booking this space for your next trip to Nevada City.

Came for the Fair and had a great stay here. Walkable to downtown Nevada City and easy access from the highway. We enjoyed the quiet as well here. This worked great for our family

3 day getaway with my wife

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights this house is wonderful , very cozy home great kitchen super comfortable bed . I would highly recommend this house .We loved the area spent time down town at several of the bars & restaurants. The locals are so friendly. We will definitely be back

Great vacation rental!

This house was perfect. The pics don’t give it justice, it was much larger than expected and had very nice furniture. We were very comfortable and the host was very quick at responding. It was a beautiful short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this house.
