Upscale, trendy and conveniently located in beautiful East Tennessee
A newly renovated condo with all the latest and greatest furnishings. 3 bedrooms with queen beds all with new mattresses as well as new bedding. There's lots of storage in each bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. The 2nd bathroom has a double sink. A private balcony/patio with outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy views of the city and mountains. There's lots of unique restaurants and shopping within walking distance. East Tennessee State University is directly across the street with a covered walkway. There's 3 hospitals within 4 miles. One of those is the Veteran's hospital. This is a gorgeous place, don't miss out.

We've had many rental properties but none like this one. We've been a private business owner for 30 plus years. We own and operate a medical clinic locally. Although we enjoy our daytime job, we love to make properties beautiful and allow tenants to enjoy a quaint and homey place to stay.

No where else in town has lots to do within a few steps down the road. There's always entertainment, unique restaurants and shopping, and opportunities to make new friends.
